Buen hotel para una estancia corta.

Muy buena ubicación, y en general el hotel limpio y cuidado, también el servicio y la atención del personal es muy bueno. De igual manera la alberca con calefacción y el acceso fácil a la playa son muy buenos.

No es atribuible al hotel, pero nos quedamos sin servicio de energía eléctrica el último día de estancia en el hotel y con todo lo que esto conlleva, sin A/C en el cuarto y con un elevador funcionando con la planta de emergencia, lastimosamente esto afectó nuestro viaje, fuera del alcance del staff que trataron de ayudar.

It was nice I loved the view, beach, and pools

The food was not up to par

The room we were put in was nice but the shower was clogged so every time we would shower the tub would fill with water. Same with the sink fix it for the next family the next people may not be so nice and may just complain.

Great vacation destination

Atmosphere, Location, Staff and Cleanliness

8 day stay and no housekeeping unless you wanted to pay an extra $125 each time. Had to walk to the front desk every time we needed towels, garbage bags, etc. because the in room phone was not working.

We enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville. We had a great time!

My sister, aunt, and my best friend came for 1 week. Everything we needed was right there! We rented a golf cart and used that for our transportation. It was a great time!

: there was nothing we didn't like.

The place was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. Just wish the place offered more for the children.

I liked having the restaurant there and the beach access.

They need to add a hot tub and more activities for the kids.

Everything about it the view, the pool, it’s smelled very nice, great customer service, they let us be in the pool before check in to relax. Room was comfortable!

No free breakfast.

Pleasant

The employees all were very kind and courteous and helped anytime I needed anything. From the valet, front desk, and landshark bar.

The room was a bit cramped even for a two bed suite. The floor and room we stayed in had a strange damp humid odor and smelled like a hamster cage. The housekeeping didn't remake our beds during our stay, they just took out our waste bins and replaced our towels and water bottles.

Not totally prepared for the impaired.

It made the Mrs. Happy, for the most part. The staff we're all very friendly and helpful and there's a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The over sized matress made the bed too high for my (short) wife to get into. There was only one chair in the room which would've been fine had it been the size of a love seat or couch, but it only sat one person. Yes there was also a stool, but those aren't for relaxing... Plus, the handicap parking left a lot to be desired; as it was extremely limited. They could offset that issue if their Valet parking was free to those with disabilities.

Paradise!

The Margaritaville Resort was absolutely beautiful. There was easy access to the water with miles of beach to explore. Plus, the island had free transportation. Margaritaville's location is perfect for a person traveling alone and doesn't know the area. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. The best part was the staff. They were welcoming and courteous, seeing to your every need.

The bad part was....... I had to come back home! I wish I could live there, enjoying the Salt Life.

The pool area is very nice and the bar is very accessible.

rooms are pricey but every place on the island is pretty pricey.

They had one elevator out of three working wait to get up and down to your room is over 45 minutes fire alarms go off in the middle of the night randomly can't contact the front desk the phones don't work and then they don't answer if you call from their cell it was horrible

Disappointing

Had to change rooms twice. room's . 1st room had roaches in it the 2nd room did not have hot water only tepidt Both rooms had water damage on the ceilingI feel they should have given me a big discount.. The only ice machine that was working at the time was the one in the restaurant so every time you need it you had to go down to the restauranthat was in the lobby This pearl turned out to be a lump of coal

Old and unkept rooms

Liked the upgraded pool area

The rooms were unkept and dirty. We moved rooms in the middle of the night because the walls and furniture were dripping with condensation. The floors were also wet. We asked for a baby crib twice and they never brought it to our room. The second room had mold on the ceiling and also in the shower. Same issue with the condensation build up on the floor leaving them wet a slippery. The rooms and bathroom were dirty with other peoples hair in them. The furniture was gross as the chair was stained and didn’t even want to sit on it. The ceiling also had plaster coming off with rust stains. The trim around the door was metals and was rusted an falling apart. Mind you this was all in the second room that was supposed to be better than the first. When I went to ask for a different room I even told them I would pay for a nicer more upgrade room and they still stuck us in something that was just the same or worse. Also the carpets and walls in the hallways were filthy like they hadn’t vacuumed in a while. Definitely will not stay here anymore.
