I love the breakfast and the location

The pillow cases and pillows smelt like underarm, the pillows and sheets weren’t changed. The shower head was filled with mildew and soap scum just disgusting.

Location is close to the office at carnegie ctr. Proximity to barnes and noble.

Breakfast is terrible. I blame the hotel mgmt for not training the desk staff. The staff asked me for card for payment and I checked the POS to see they were charging me 7000 usd for a week's stay!! I pointed it out, and the staff mumbled about mess ups in system. 2 staff literally panicked when I asked them for a print out and they said that the person on the next shift would do it. They were scared of operating the front office app to find out the right place to print and direct it to specific printer. Knew just basics of the app. I had to wait till the last day to find one staff to help me with the printout. And finally - the breakfast is a disgrace.

there was no running water from 9am-2pm on the day of checkout and that was a terrible inconvenience plus the elevator was old and shaky

some outlets in the room didn’t work iron didn’t work

Breakfast was simple (eggs, potatoes, yogurt, cereals etc…) but tasty and warm.

The hotel could use some upkeep. The floors were dirty, and the microwave in the kitchen area, had food inside of it, the carpets and walls, or rather beaten up. there was a fire alarm that went off after 10 PM.

king bed and sofa bed was so much convenient for us. with small kitchen like stuff in it. very clean and breakfast was real not like junk food
