Clean and comfortable

Everything was exceptional

My room smelled really bad, and when I asked if it could be fixed, the receptionist laughed (not professional, very disrespectful). The elevator didn’t work either. Plus, it started raining, and there was water everywhere, and the carpet was all wet and smelly. The water even came out of the sockets in some places (not at all safe). Air conditioning and refrigerator in the room noisy, I had to disconnect them to be able to sleep.

Not clean we found clothes in the bathroom and dirty

The room was dirty and there was a cockroach in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. I booked a room online. Within minutes a staff member called me to let me know they had been over booked and offered to upgrade the room or cancel, if I'd like. I took the upgrade and was very satisfied.

You used photos from 20 yrs ago at least. Run down & located in drug central. No camera in the parking lot. I didn’t sleep the location was so terrible. Hotel & room were run down & need updating

Needs a few upgrades with AC and bathroom.

The room was comfortable, plenty of room for our items and good bed. The bathroom was clean but below expectation. The staff was nice but many of them had a difficult time understanding English.

The hot breakfast items were low quality and not good. We hoped the 2nd day would offer different options but same items were served. The bathroom was below expectation and the phone in our room didn't work. Another disappointment was that the outdoor pool was closed the entire time... it was hot down there in Texas and a dip in the pool would have been great. The staff was nice but many of them had a difficult time understanding English.
