Staff was friendly and helpful

First was the hotel sign lights were out, entrance door in the back was wide open (no security), coffee maker was broken, no decaf coffee at the breakfast, carpet was dirty.

There was no pool as pictured on your website

The staff at the quality inn are my favorite part. The kids love the waffles. Wickenburg is our favorite.

This hotel need renovation. It wouldn’t hurt if the owner would actually finish the pool too. There are definitely noticeable things around the hotel needing replacement. The breakfast area has an array of items holding food with holes, so flies can get in.

The coffee and plenty towels bedding clean

The pool was not open had been down for 3 years they need to take off the website family so disappointed . The bathrooms need to be upgraded the tub has chips also the walls old water damaged then patch sorta they need to upgrade. I stayed here over 20 years ago and the pool then was great had stairs to the pool . I tried to call them for 2 days the phone was down

hair in shower that wasn’t mine. shower tile had mold between tiles, towels had been used so many times that you could see through them, remote control didn’t work well with tv, lightbulb out near bed, security door to back entrance didn’t work, breakfast was way overcooked and dry, the reception person was missing at front desk that I could not tell them my concern, I used the lobby bathroom and no soap or hand towels in bathroom

Disappointing breakfast. Sausage was cold and only had hard boiled eggs. Waffle machine was a mess too
