Good location and a big room

Excellent location, walking distance to various places to eat and right on Highway 395. Also, the proprietor graciously upgraded us to a larger room and king bed.

Exceptional

Room was very clean and comfortable.. Coffee in room was very good. Beds comfortable. Housekeeper Ofelia was very friendly and accommodated all our needs. All staff was friendly. Made sure we were well taken care of. Will definitely stay here again.

It was great. Only thing was we couldn't stay longer.

We’ll kept for an older hotel.

Noisy plumbing from adjoining room. Old plumbing so hot water became scalding when neighbor used their plumbing. Pricey for old accommodations.

Super friendly service. Came in late and was greeted by a nice gentleman who knew the name and that we had kids traveling late at night.

Pleasant

Comfortable room with frig and coffee.

Smell of the room which was probably disinfectant but it was unpleasant. Fortunately 2 windows in the room.

Hospitality Exceeded Expectations

This is the first place I've stayed at that had coffee makers in the room that included a coffee grinder and whole beans! Talk about fresh, delicious coffee! Then, the bathroom towels and tissue were decoratively done up with care. I've traveled all over the world and I've only seen that at 4 star resorts. I complimented the manager and he said, it doesn't take much to take care of his guests, that he treats them as family! And 1st place ever that had 2 stand up luggage racks. Most motels don't even give you one. The room was clean and comfortable. If ever we pass thru this way again, we would definitely stay here!

Bridgeport has been hit hard by Covid. This place deserves your attention, beautiful high desert.

The Ruby was just what I needed for sightseeing, hunting and fishing around the beautiful Bridgeport area. Singe person room, queen bed. great coffee machine, warm when the nights were below 30, Giants game on the tv, nice shower, great neighborhood, The hosts even provided me a cell phone charger for my 3 days there ( I forgot mine). Great dog run yard. Nice neighbors. Restaurants: Growlers Pub and barbeque was my favorite for BBQ day.

Many of the local businesses were closed. Restaurants close pretty early too.

Overall, we loved it. If we return to Bridgeport, we will definitely choose the Ruby Inn

Utilized jacuzi, comfy and clean room, easy to access ice, staff very responsive

Compressor on AC was quite noisy

Exceptional

The owner, Mary, was so gracious and warm,and she added to the exceptionally hospitable environment one could feel at this beautiful property. It has been a LONG time since I experienced such outstanding customer service. Fantastic experience!

I’ll be back, I just love this place

Location was perfect for visiting hot springs. Local people were very kind and staff members were full of information. The hotel clerk gave me a map and pointed out where I could find all that I needed! One of the maids were on her first day back after having some time off and was very pleasant, told me if she could do anything else for us to let her know. This place is definitely a gem!

All the local businesses close pretty early and some hadn’t even opened up yet but that’s to be expected being seasonal.

No problems. We were there for local attractions. The room was just a nice clean room.

Very clean, very quiet - but should be noted we didn’t even see any other guests. Host was pleasant and knows the area well.

$160 for off season, basic room seemed pretty high. No pool or hot tub, no breakfast - just a nice clean room with zero amenities, I would think $100 or less would be reasonable.
