The breakfast. It was vegetarian.

The site advertised a pool, but it was closed. We requested a kitchenette but when we go to the room we did not have one. We had to pay extra for a kitchenette. Also the sheets were dirty, an oily like substance on them

So poorly managed and poorly equipped.

Nothing. Absolute nightmare. Reporting to all sites and bureaus.

The staff double booked me. Took my debit and online booking.com. There was confusion on staff end. Poor management. 2. The AC did not work. The AC was not blowing cold air. The management was notified before I settled in. 10 min into my check in. The staff argued with me from the front desk that it does work and the units are new. Tired from travel and work I slept for 3 hours and immediately left. Dissatisfied hot and unhappy.

I was a little scared to spend the night here. Owner-manager didn’t seem to care about customer service. Seems like more

Bed was sunken in the middle from some obese person wrecking the bed. People drinking alcohol outside and around the place. The woman took about ten minutes to come to the office to check me in. I would have left and gone elsewhere, except that I had already paid for it. The door seemed insecure, with gaps. The bathtub was slippery from caked on soap. The place had been a Red Roof Inn, but is now going downhill fast.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN OR BABIES!!!!!!!!!

Multiple used needles for heroin in the room. Girls clothes wadded up in the corner. Moldy food in the dresser. Tin foil with cocaine residue. LARGE pieces of mold growing under the bed. In 2 different rooms.

Was a nice size room. Bed was comfortable enjoyed having clean towels every day🤗glad able to bring our family pet. everything was working!

Well the noise from the road was sometimes too loud. That's pretty much it. Next time get room farther away from the road.

Exceptional

We had an unexpected detour on our route, and arrived at 1:30 am. Staff took care of us promptly and courteously.

There is nothing that I didn't like. It was a good value with helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay in Montrose, with this hotel our home base, for four days.

Breakfast was adequate, though the coffee was quite thin/weak....

The kitchen, with a stove/oven, microwave, full-size fridge, disposal, was great .... except there were no dishes, pots/pans, utensils of any kind, rendering the kitchen pretty darn useless.

other clientele were friendly

the receptionist was rude and un friendly: cold showers, swimming pool was empty; breakfast at 7 was not, we (and many others) left and ate elsewhere

really uncomfortable.

we were forced into one room with one king sized bed for two fullsized men and a teenaged girl, and the staff was not helpful at all other than tell us that there were no rooms available in the whole town and the penalties for early cancellation, even though the room was booked several days in advance for a two night stay. there was no attempt to give us more suitable rooms, even for the second night, or even for a rollaway bed. We spent two uncomfortable nights that I believe could have been avoided

more cooperation from staff, and less attitude.
