Marketed as a boutique hotel but felt like a renovated older hotel

Amazing design, clean rooms, friendly staff, great location

Some items in the rooms look a bit outdated (AC, shower - did not work in our room but staff was able to fix it within 20-30 minutes, toilet flush handle was about to fall apart)

The vibe of the place the decorations the beds were comfortable it smelled clean. Great location.

not a big thing, but I didn’t like that. It didn’t come with breakfast even a light breakfast.

Everything was good except the shower water.

All was excellent. The only concern was the hot water. It took more than 5 minutes to heat up the water.

When I showed up and tried to pay cash they would not take my cash and I had to inconveniently go put cash on to my debit card and then come back to check in. They then added a $50 fee for insurance purposes and as of 12 hours after check out, still has not been added back to my card although the front desk assured me I would not be charged. To top it all off we actually had to check out early because we were woken up about 8:15 in the morning by very loud maid service with their telephone playing music. So we left before 9 AM. It was overall a really poor experience. I rented the hotel for a fun overnight stay for my child's 11th birthday and it was basically a 3 out of 10. At best. Super sad Because we were all really excited.

The room theme was really cool, and the hotel is literally within walking distance to the square and everywhere you'd wanna go. Will definitely stay again.

I was hungover and the rum scented body wash was brutal the next morning hahahaha.

when I went to take a bath there was still a washcloth in the tub from someone before me. I took a photo and sent the photo to the text number they told me to contact if I needed anything. nobody ever replied. and it was soooo noisy!!! you could hear every door. every sound. it was awful!!!
