Tried to get away everyday n forget where we’d be coming back to sleep

Location was why I chose it. But sadly pool was closed by the city garbage overwhelmed n had a horrible smell throughout the place. Was going to leave first night but the sister hotel offered to let swim or transfer. Just oddly in the line of work n try to understand. So we sprayed Lysol like it was free n made the most of it.

Everything staff was rude n barely appeared. Seen only at the morning n dealing with others that don’t understand the times I guess.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

We were in 3 different rooms in 2 nights one room smelled so smoky that it caused my wife to have an asthma attack room 2 the ac didn’t work they finally found a room for us for our second night we had to prop the door open for 4 hours while we were getting ready because it was so hot. I have called multiple times and sent an email and can not get a call back from the manager!

We have stayed here before and we're very happy. Things have gone downhill.

Most of staff did not speak English. Requests were ignored. Broken toilet not fixed causing us to switch rooms at 9.pm. no coffee or tea replaced when asked for more. Bathroom light so dim We could barely see. Very disappointed...will not stay here again

Made the best of it

Location, cleanliness, decor, pool, hot tub.

Sliding door to pool wouldn't slide and the handle was broken, rusty fixtures in bathroom, stained carpet, old mattresses, peeling paint on the ceiling. Needs updating!

comfortable and convenient

property is a good value and perfectly located for our plans

the pool was closed 2 days during our stay, for repairs. we were allowed to use the pool at the hotel across the street. it would not have been a problem but it happened to be the one day we wanted to use it.

Cute for a Valentine’s night stay!

Super cute theming, nice that they serve complimentary breakfast, and so close to food/shopping/things to do.

There were stains on one of our pillows, and our floor reeked of weed. BUT I would stay there again.

Very good

The rooms are spacious, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was clean and spacious. The games in the lobby were fun and inviting.

There was no microwave oven in the room. The drains in both the sink and bathtub drained slowly.. The waffle iron did not work properly but to their credit, the breakfast staff member worked very hard to get it to work.

Breakfast was mediocre. Tools use to make waffles were not working. Very dirty room. Unkempt

No one at counter for 15 minutes. All areas not well lite. Dirty. Went to bar, and bartender immediately said, not very busy so will close early. Bathroom in room it was subpar. Tub dirt stains, toilet needed to be replaced 15 years ago. Asked for water from Desk and they did not have any. Walls in room scarred and marked. Needed to be updated.

The location was good but price for value was not.

The theme and price of the hotel were good.

Breakfast was not stocked up at the time we went in. What was there did not look fresh. Check in took over 10 minutes when I had already given a lot of the information and paid on line. The room had several issues like the toilet paper holder was missing, no extra toilet paper given, the bed was not comfortable and pillows were flat. There was an odd smell in the room and the refrigerator did not get to a COLD temperature just not warm. when we went to use the shower, the water "hammered" when you shut it off....sounded like all the pipes were going to shake out of the wall.

Overall i loved it and we really enjoyed it.

The staff are very nice, they are always available, they kept the community areas clean. The staff helped with any and everything i need. i love how from your room you can walk right into the pool area if your on the first floor. the second and third floor you can see the pool from you room. i love that there is a nice size space in the room for like a “mini lounge room”. They have games that you can play like connect four, bowling, tumble etc. They always have blocks for the kids if you want to work out right outside the door ( with big windows). The pool wasn’t that packed when we went. They make some really good lemonade that’s self serving all day.

The bathroom was poorly cleaned. The bathtub looked as if a couple of people had a bath. The sink had toothpaste on the side of it facing towards me (not the top counter). the hot tub had dirt bubbles from all of the dirt in there. the first night it didn’t smell like there was anyone chlorine in the pool it honestly smelt bad but the second night you could smell it as soon as you opened the pool doors.

Very clean and adorable ambiance . We loved the lovely apples and lemonade that was 24 7 available. Will stay here again for absolute 💯 ❤️

Not very clean

Good location, pet friendly and the breakfast was decent.

The room was not clean. Splattered something on wall, dirty sheets, dirty towels and the tub floor was disgusting

loved that they had games in the lobby to play. our kids had a blast! breakfast was great! options for everyone

a lot of the reviews said the pool was very warm but when our kids went swimming it was pretty cold, but they warmed up to it and swam for a while, the hot tub was very nice tho! I would t say that there was anything I didn’t like tho

Location The breakfast they served was very good!

The facility needs updating!!! The beds and pillows are awful!! The windows were caulked shut. The building is beautiful but needs updating. The toilets as the bathrooms are updated should be tall toilets not just in a handicap room!!!

Low price and convenience. Needs new management and updates.

Attractive lodge-style decor. Convenient location.

Front desk person was not very friendly or welcoming. My room was missing the hair dryer and no apologies from the front desk. Couldn’t provide another hair dryer but did offer a move to the room next door. An unnecessary hassle, since housekeeping should have alerted management before assigning the room. Again, no apologies. The “free drink” is a joke. If you want anything other than beer or wine, your drink ticket gets you a “discounted” drink for $6. But then only if you have a mixer, of which there were limited choices. How about on the rocks (same size pour)? Ticket no good. $12. This place could be cute but needs updating, especially plumbing fixtures that were stained and losing their surface coating. The toilet was gross.
