This was a great resort, very happy with the amenities and location.

The amenities are great and the location is fantastic.

Cleanliness. My feet were black from the floor and the smell of garbage when you walk outside is a bit much. We had to contact maintenance twice to fix the shower and toilet that leaked all over the floor.

Came up to visit my daughter and her husband. There’s a very short visit came in late Friday night left mid afternoon on

Nice complex very pretty room was more than I needed. I enjoyed my stay. A little confusing getting to my place.

The microwave wasn’t working. I couldn’t check in after 10 pm . I wasn’t ware of the late night check-in issue. I had to have a security person let me in the room . I didn’t have key pass so I couldn’t leave my room and get back in. Next day called security to get a drive to the front desk office so I could get my key pass. I did not have a rental car yet. I couldn’t leave my room and get back in

Everything was great..it was a little confusing getting to our location...but other than that.. great.

Our refrigerator leaked the whole time..Maintenance did come by to fix it..Saturday evening, when we got up Sunday morning it was leaking again.. I had asked for more towels and I didn't receive them..

the property was nice. I do not think booking.com should have resorts that sell time shares, that’s just an awkward pos

the indoor pool was nice, could have had more area for sitting and relaxing the bathrooms in the area were very nice. showers, sauna, steam bath, all very nice

the room was outdated but clean. advertised as fully stocked kitchenette. I thought that implied more than plug in cook too with only a small pan and skillet.

Enjoyed our stay.

Every staff was so nice and welcoming. Had an issue with the villa we was staying in and they fixed the issue very quickly. Very clean with comfortable beds.

The adjacent rooms are terrible. You can hear everything that is going on. I went to the front desk to let them know that we needed to switch rooms and it was don’t in a hurry.

pool was great

The layout of the room. The shower was at one end of the hall and the commode and sink at the other end of the hall. Shower was so small both my shoulder almost touched the walls.

close to everything I needed

our room was great! my only complaint was the musty smell in the room…the room itself was immaculately clean. I’m thinking it was the air conditioner..I spayed the room with Clorox Disinfectant..and ALL WAS FINE👍😁

We’ve stayed here before and will most likely be back. I didn’t like having to clean the bathtub before I could use it.

I was so impressed with how clean the property was and ,

It was a beautiful property - you could tell updates were being made! really awesome option for my family. loved the kiddie pool area, and lazy river it was so fun to let my kids be kids and not worry about splashing adults sunning. As a former major hotel employee - I was IMPRESSED with how clean the rooms were. I checked my usual areas that we used to inspect house keeping and they all passed the test! 😆

The pillows were pretty uncomfortable- and it was frustrating the tv didn’t have a streaming service attached. It would only worked occasionally.
