The bed was comfortable

Like most hotels there is not a variety of pillows and the pillows were not great

Able to check in early, was quick, easy and staff was polite and efficient.

Not the cleanest, bed and sheets not soft or comfortable, had to report kids between midnight & 2am being extremely loud and out of control with no apparent supervision. Tried calling front desk but phone was busy. Noise did not stop for quite awhile. Could also hear anyone moving around on next floor up.

We liked the location and the quality of the facilities.

The receptionist seemed poorly trained and seemed more concerned about avoiding contact with her supervisors than with listening to our requests. May have been having a bad day but went out of their way to avoid explaining why they could not help us.

location was great. most of the front desk staff were very nice. workout room was nice

cob webs around the entire perimeter of the room. Had to kill multiple spiders in the room. Toilet was loose and wobbly. Shower had terrible pressure. walls were dirty. We stayed for 4 days and not once were we offered the basics to replenish our room (clean towels…tp…Kleenex…) had to call and ask for tp when we ran out. found belongings from the people that stayed in the room before us (a watch and large ice pack). freezer was completely frozen over and unusable. Insane amount of weeds outside the building

Facility was very very clean!
