I was born and raised in Kenosha and I grew up down the street from the hotel. I moved away 25 years ago and it was a treat to be back in the area.

The location was good and the breakfast was OK.

The room heater didn’t always work. The room & bathroom were dirty.

So convenient to everything. Loved being right by the water!

Sadly, really awful guest on same floor. They were highly intoxicated and screaming obscenities throughout the night in the hallway. Not the hotels fault but no one even addressed the issue.

I loved my view from the room. Housekeeping was very nice as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. T

The front desk staff was kind of rude, male Manager seemed annoyed when I asked him questions. The downstairs entrance to the terrace was closed and was not marked seemed like a dungeon. The terrace was closed and not put together, that was one of the reasons why I picked this hotel. I loved the flooring but it was super loud when people were trying to sleep , carpet would of been better. Staff really should just smile! the nicest people I met were the housekeepers, hence why I tipped them!

The breakfast wasn't good - cold rubbery eggs, things not kept stocked. The facility and amenities are not worth the price charged.

The cleanliness of this hotel needs work. Our bathroom was disgusting. The main part of our room was clean but it was like they forgot to clean the bathroom. There was brown gunk all over the shower wall and yellow dried soap on the shower shelves. Also there was baseboard missing, the ceiling paint was peeling, and the wallpaper was peeling. When we walked down the hall, there was garbage on the floor. The walls were paper thin, you could hear the elevator ding and we were located at the end of the hall.
