No issue, however worth accenting....in the winter time you will most likely need 4x4 vehicle to reach the house.

This place was perfect for my family of 9. There was a lot more room then what you see in the pictures. The pictures doesn't do the Rainbow House justice. I will be staying there again when in Angel Fire.

Very spacious and accommodating for our big family with plenty of beds
The kitchen was a little challenging. Not enough larger dishes (pots, pans, bowls) for a large group. We only had 2 trash bags which was challenging in itself. ice maker didn’t work.

We loved the spaciousness, set up, location & most definitely the view
There was only one tv, master bedroom & bathroom didn’t lock, size of bathtub was very small & the yard wasn’t mowed, so we couldn’t enjoy the yard.

Electrical plugs in both baths didn't work. Oven/broiler didn't work. Windows VERY hard to open/close. Not dusted well (stool, window sills

The mattress in one of the queen bedrooms made you sink to the middle. Comforters could use a rinsing. Outlets in one bathroom didn’t work.

The house was very spacious yet cozy. We had our 5 Granddaughters with us they loved the connecting bathroom between the 2 queen rooms. I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, coffee maker micro and dishes. The location was ideal for us and the view was real nice. We look forward to staying with you again.
Don and his wife were really nice and very communicative with us.
We liked everything there was not one thing we did not like.

Host was wonderful in every way! Very nice house, very clean and spacious. Perfect for family vacation!
Everything was wonderful, the only exception was the muddy road to enter the driveway. Not the owner’s fault, just melting snow made for a very muddy entrance. I drove an SUV, but don’t know if a car would’ve made it through the mud.
