La habitación no estaba limpia minuciosamente, igual q las instalaciones del hotel, los amenities averiados, nadie constestaba en el room service.

Excelente ubicación a cuadras del Mall, lugar seguro. Especial para ir de compras o para ir al puerto para tomar cruceros. Precio razonable.

Todo bien estuvo.

Unfreundliches Personal, alles wirkt ein wenig heruntergekommen. Sehr langweilig. Restaurant bietet 20 Essen an und hat jedoch nur noch die Hälfte. Keine Cookies neim Checkin. Sehr enttäuschend.

La mucana nos sacó unos bolsos y estuches de playa donde estaban audífonos y productos de sol de mi señora y la respuesta fue una vergüenza

Cercanía al shopping, poder dejar las maletas antes del check-in y después del check-out, la pileta, la amabilidad del front desk.

Friendly staff and with in-house ATM machine and Starbucks Cafe and in-house Restaurant and complimentary Cookies at the counter - all these factors made it easy & enjoyable during the stay.

I had a double bed and one of the beds were not cleaned properly. The carpet was old and does not look appealing. Same breakfast everyday - was a bit boring.

Nos dieron una habitación al lado del ascensor, que hace un ruido muy molesto durante toda la noche que no nos dejó dormir. Nos regalaron un desayuno por el inconveniente, lo que me pareció un buen gesto, sin embargo, creo que finalmente la estadía no estuvo acorde a los 170 dólares la noche.

El burro para planchar es muy malo.

Los muebles de la habitación, quizás necesitan una reforma.

La ubicación me pareció genial. Tiene parqueadero cubierto justo al frente y con buena disponibilidad de espacio

The hotel is in a great location and I loved my room. It was large and best of all, quiet. I had such a relaxing time. A haven after hitting the shops in the mall! Also staff lovely and helpful.

Tesisin konumu güzeldi. Otoparkının olması iyiydi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi.

Eşim son 3 gündür çocukların yatağında birşeylerin ısırdığını ve kaşındıklarını söylüyordu. Bugun yatağa 20dk uzandım ve beni de ısırdı. Bit/pire olabilir. Resepsiyona bilgi verdim. Isırık fotolarını ekledim

Location is close to the sawgrass mall.

Everything was good.

The room was good, location was fantastic. It was on the other side of the street of Sawgrass Mill Mall. We had a rental and everything was near by.

I ordered a few things online and had them delivered to the hotel. The hotel charged me 10 dollars per package.

easy to get around and close to the mall

The staff I spoke to didnt tell me the taxi was a free service and I booked lyft to get around. I asked the staff for late check out by only an hour and I was flat out denied! even after I said my flight was delayed

En general estuvo excelente.... el personal sumamente amable y el desayuno muy bueno
