It was close to the see. And close to the bus. The elevator was good.
The main thing was that it took 29 days to get back the 200 dollars we had to pay in deposite when we checked in. It was also nearly impossible to reach someone on the phone or email. When we stayed at Lorraine hotel later we got the deposite back 5 minutes After we checked out.
We could not open the window and it was also dirty so it was not the best view.

Son prix : imbattable sur le secteur.
Très belle vue sur l’océan (lever de soleil waouh) mais les vitres étaient trop sales pour en profiter pleinement…
Le service de parking (il ne faut pas avoir besoin de prendre sa voiture de manière répétée car il faut donner des pourboires aux voituriers), mais dans ce secteur, il est rare d’avoir un parking donc c’est un +
L’arrêt de bus (c’est le « trolley » qui est gratuit) est juste devant l’hôtel.
La structure de l’hôtel est vieille. Les chambres et couloirs sont en rénovation mais on voit que l’ensemble est vieillot.
Les fenêtres sont trop sales (dommage pour une vue mer).
Le sous sol de l’hôtel propose des boutiques qui sont glauques et avec des gérants assez désagréables (et des prix bien trop élevés)

Checking in was a breeze even though I got there very late.
The facility was very outdated and when I stayed the pool was closed.

Leaving the hotel
The valet at the front is an abortion, completely unorganised. The check in process is deathly slow and the staff are rude and completely incompetent. The hotel is horrendous, filthy dirty, in poor state of repair and near nothing. The beds were broken, toilet and bathroom was dirty, people constantly shouting and playing loud music and a constant smell.of weed everywhere. The lifts are slow and the WiFi is poor. Seagulls in the swimming pool, which was baltic cold. Hotel and the staff are an embarrassment to Miami

After a trip of several hours I had to stand in line with my children for 40 min or more to check in, it does not seem professional to me and the room needed cleaning the towels were not clean white

Lociation is good.
Staff dont talk in English,dirty everywhere,in 6 days no cleaner came to clean the room at all,no towel change,no taking rubbish from room,lifts are not working how they should...

The location was excellent , beach is just in your backyard.
The room heating was not working and it was 2° , it was very uncomfortable during night time , even with blankets.
