Staff unfriendly. Place is very run down - water damaged ceiling, door peeling paint. No lobby. Coffee maker was dusty and dirty. They say in writing that penalty for dogs or smoking is $200. Neither applied to us but it felt excessive. It was highly rated on Booking.com in a very nice town & neighborhood but we couldn't figure out why. The whole vibe was that they don't trust their guests or neighborhood and it's not worth it to them to maintain it.

Room was quite ran down including a loose leaking toilet and had roaches and ants.

It was the only one available less than $150 per night The sheets were clean and the bed was fine bathroom was clean

The corners and spaces around the door were dirty. Poor repair jobs were evident. Somewhat shabby in general

where do I begin? nasty overall. my feet were black from the floor. had to finally just leave my shoes on until bedtime because I kept having to wash them. dirt, stains, grime, dust everywhere. door had a gape and you could see the sunlight come through along the side of it. the pillows were flat as pancakes. burn hole in the bed spread. paint chips on the wall caused by the back of the metal-backed chairs in the room. the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. i also had the hardest time pulling up the thing on the spout so the shower would come on. the hard water corrosion made it hard to do.
