The location

Our rooms were bad…. really disgusting. We booked 2 rooms of 2 double beds. One of the room was just 1 bed, plus the room smelled. We asked to switch, but were told no more available. The phone and TV was not working. We were given rooms 123 and 102. The front desk guy looked annoyed when we asked him if we can switch rooms. He instead just fixed the tv and phone. We chose the hotel because we thought Ramada name was better than other motels. Turned out it was the worst hotel we ever stayed at. I do not recommend this hotel. I think i now have ptsd with our experience.

They had a hot tub

It was not very sanitary and it looked like someone had sex on the couch

Large amount of ants in our room. They were there from the start, was not due to good or garbage created during our visit.

The room that I checked into was absolutely disgusting rm#216 had blood on the toilet 🚽 top and a condom wrapper under the bed absolutely disgusting I was told they will clean it, which I disagreed and checked out and asked for a refund and they said I had to contact you. Customer service is absolutely horrible.

The rooms are always clean!! The beds are comfortable and did I mention the rooms are clean! That's the most important part of a stay for me

Always the same breakfast. Fresh fruit like peaches maybe bananas would be nice. It's always only apples

The room was gorgeous and beautiful

I tried to book a second note as I sent a request that was never answered. I then had to rush around to make another reservation and another until I realized she doesn't know how to use the system. I tried explaining and she yelled over me. I then attempted to cancel everything and now I'm out $70 some how?!!

The breakfast was exceptional. We all enjoyed the pool. And the room was very nice and clean.
