better ADA upgrades than expected

I got a wheelchair friendly room, the bathroom was very large great roll in shower, plus a shower bench was also provided.

parking area had deep puddles that lead to tracking in water to my room But it had rained for several days

I liked the size of the room.

We were charged twice for our room and it they lady at the front desk didn't know how to fix it. Had to wait til the next day.

Value. Keep a/c on to drown out truckers.

Price. One hour late check out no charge! Truck stop Restaurant choices galore! Travel center across street open late for munchies. Understand property is directly next to extremely busy highway on-ramp. Husband and I enjoy grey noise, and Hard working a/c unit drowned out truckers.

Had to replace key card TWICE. Issue with cable tv for first day, but fixed before we left. Major renovations happening. Good for future!

Can't belive this is By Wyndham

The picture and mirrors.

I was in total shock to see what I pulled up to and walked into. This is a part of Wyndham? Bathroom tub held water while showering, holes in the wall, curtains filthy, cover up hole on room door.

Good breakfast and check in guy gave us a great room with protected parking for our motorcycle.

We only stayed because we couldn't afford to move.

The staff was friendly

The room was so bad we seriously thought about leaving. The floor in our room was all buckled. The bathtub was disgusting. There was mold all around the edge of the tub. There were mold stains on the shower curtain. We put one of the towels on the floor of the tub so we wouldn't have to let our bare feet touch the tub. I have pictures. The curtains in the room were sun rotted and moldy.

close to where i was going

We did not get the room cleaned for 3 days . I had to go to front desk ask for clean towels, they did not remove trash, make bed

We were in many hotels so it is difficult to pick out this specific one.

Breakfast was adequate but ran out of items and weren't replaced.

Pillows were lumpy

not pleasant at all.

there were three types of room there; over night, multa day stay and live there plus truck drivers. washer dryers cost high and many dryers did not work well or take credit cards or coins. Always people moving around and noise until after 11:00 PM. Lot of trash around. many dogs there. housekeeping missed us one day, called the front desk to get fixed. TV on Saturday and Sunday one set of channels Monday and Tuesday another set.

Overall for the stay I would come back

The toilet was clogged and asked the staff for a plunger and room service told me to get a hold of front desk I got a hold of front desk I had asked and front desk said maintenance would be up with the plunger and that never happened

Everybody was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

I love the room it was just like home and then there store right there food you don't have to drive

I decided not to stay

nothing we decided to seek another hotel room, Ithe property was in poor condition and not what was advertised, they also have a no refund policy but would like a credit at another property Jesse Hubbard

the property was not clean and the area had a lot going on was not willing to risk our families safety
