The inside pull and breakfast

There were two front desk representative, they treated my like crap literally, I traveled with 4 kids and my husband after trying to check in the front desk representative told me he couldn’t find my reservation and since I booked with booking I would need to call them , I tried to show him confirmation emails he refused to hear anything I said , consistently saying booking confirmation is no good . After traveling 4 hours to get there , he didn’t try assist me at all didn’t know the manger was in the back until literally a hour after waiting on confirmation from booking and still no luck with him. The manger can out and just rebooked me and still was dismissal to how I was treated and put me in a nasty room I was so exhausted I just dealt with it and got through the night I’m very upset and will never visit this property again, it was 3 weird people and they continue to laugh while I was frustrated with my family.

Front desk not very friendly

Clean, perfect location to stores, parks, sights , restaurants etc . The staff is awesome

Parking was too full… not enough handicap parking spaces near enough to the entrance and it would be the greatest thing if we could have had some hot breakfast items.. I understand the quick convenience of the mostly cold Breakfast but there are a few fast food options you can offer such as waffles links/patties/ beacon maybe and an eggs .. just a suggestion.. I was really looking forward to some good waffles. With how lovely the property is a few warm items would be a great addition

The door coming in from the parking garage don’t unlock with the key card

The staff were terrific and the room was very clean. It was super close to our convention and we were able to take the skyway to the convention center.

There were renovations going on so it was a bit loud, and since our room was recently renovated the mattress was hard as a rock.

Location...friendly staff.

Renovations going on throughout our stay. Dust everywhere. Elevator floors dirty...The place was a shambles..Request for no housekeeping ignored..No washcloths in room upon check in and the list goes on

The king bed was a disaster, and after trying to change rooms I gave up. The front desk apologized the next morning, but couldn't give refund because booked on booking com. I would never use booking.com or priceline.com if you ever want resolution to problems!
