Helpful staff

This place looks creepy but once you get in the room it’s ok. The place looks like they were beautifying it but it didn’t go as well as they planned. Heavy paint smell in the room. The door was broken and the rug made it hard to push open. if they had a better paint job and chose different colors as well as getting someone in the horticulture field out there it would be a better stay. Last but not least, that pool isn’t open nor does it look like they are trying to get it together to be up and running this summer. If you’re looking to swim then this isn’t the place for you!

Convenient area for my stay which was across the street from the Sheraton four seasons where the workshop was held very quiet for me to rest thx

Hot breakfast will be better frozen sandwiches not good TV selections was no good need to consider better stations heater/air conditioner too loud had to cut it off to sleep other then that okay

NOTHING THE ROOM WAS GROSS I BAR OF SOAP NO W ASH CLOTHS SINK ALL CRACKED UP RUG DIRTY VERY OLD FAUCET NOT WORKING GOOD THEN YOU PUT GRANITE ON COUNTERS WHY PAINT WALLS NEED WORK THERE WAS ONLY FOUR CARS THERE NOW WE KNOW WHY EACH TIME WE SEE THE SAME BRAND HOTEL WE WILL NEVER NEVER BOOK AGAIN.

EVERYTHING

This was an ok hotel. The staff was very nice! And for the most part the room was clean.

The rooms seemed old and the carpet had a stickiness to it where I couldn't dare to walk barefoot.The building itself doesn't look too great lots of cracks and structural issues I've noticed. Plus the elevators didnt work and we were on the 3rd floor. Also for our stay, the pool was not open either. No mention of that when I booked it. Overall it's was an ok hotel. I wouldn't recommend unless you have no where else to stay.

Nothing. The elevator wasn’t working and even though I had requested a ground floor they had none. Had to find other accommodations

We didn't eat breakfast at the facility because we were turned off from the room.

Honestly. We didn't like anything. The photos and rating of "pleasant" were misleading. We had a sign in our room that said no smoking , however, we found a cigarette butt behind one of the night stands. The carpet was sticky, the bathtub was peeling and dirty, stains in the carpet, mold in the shower, sprinkler was rusty and dusty, microwave was rusty on the turn console, holes in the wall. The chair in the room was peeling and looked old. There was 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 2 towels, one of the towels looked like it was not fresh. Terrible!

all was well they even cleaned the room.

All was ok but I went to book again for my trip in October but the new price went from 399 to 765. Not acceptable.

I did not like that there was a $100 deposit required, I didn’t know about it until I got to the property. That should be included in the booking details.

the room was dirty the tub was filthy, chipped paint was falling off the door it was not handicapped accessible like I selected in the picture. unfortunately we didn’t take any pictures we was so angry.

The bed was super comfortable!

The electrical receptacle by the bathroom sink did not work. The elevator was out of order and our room was on the 3rd floor. There were no trash bags in the waste baskets in our room. The conditioner bottle was empty in the shower.
