Book a non smoking room, got a room that smelled like cigarettes and was completely dirty with hair on the sink and bed. Floors creeked and the bed was loud and uncomfortable. Also very sketchy part of town.

What breakfast, what staff, tried telling me my I.D. didn't work. Very unhospitable!

Had difficulty with TV and security had to come rehook up connections. Did not have bathmat and two very think towels for bathing.

The staff was very accommodating, moving the room twice after non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. There is security cameras and security person on sight.
Towels were dirty and the homeless were very prominent in the area, regardless of which hotel/motel is chosen. One of my family members were hounded repeatedly and almost mugged when leaving early in the morning.

Everything. There were no towels in the room. No trash cans. Stains all over the blankets and sheets and also tears in the blankets . No hand soaps or shampoos. Trash on the floor. And no remote for the TV.

There was only one towel, one washcloth. There was also no soap, shampoo or any other toiletries. The breakfast was also seriously lacking. Seeing as how they only offered coffee and granola bars. When I asked a staff member about the towels, was told that the rooms were normally sold to single travelers. Yet no more were brought to the room.

The cleanest room I've been in in a long time very comfortable what an overly big laid out nicely good TV the bed was super comfortable no troubles 10 out of 10 which day there again in a heartbeat
Well they just didn't have the breakfast you know where this covid that's called that they had a breakfast but they didn't have they had like cookie cakes and stuff like that just no fruit no eggs no stuff like that but it had that I wish it would have a bigger breakfast that was included but that that's it everything else was a great experience

We used to stay there a lot. This time room smelled like smoke and made it uncomfortable. Bedding had burn holes in them.

Not a particularly good part of town. There are several dogs roaming around. The room was full of fleas and they apparently loved my partner.

The staff was very nice at checkin
The property was very run down and dirty. the dresser was missing a drawer, the air conditioner was not straight and was VERY noises and the bathroom was very dirty. When we woke up in the morning there was a large cockroach in the bathroom trash. I am not sure how it got there because it was on top of the trash that we threw in there the night before. It looked like no one has cleaned behind the bathroom door or by the toilet. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable and the whole room was outdated. I would NEVER stay there again.
