Great Stay but Pet Fee Too High

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, my overall experience was quite pleasant. The hotel itself was immaculate, offering a comforting sense of cleanliness. The rooms were not only neat, but also quite comfortable which made my stay there very relaxing. The staff deserve a special mention as well. They were welcoming right from the get-go and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist, making my experience all the more enjoyable.

However, there was one downside that I feel needs to be addressed. The pet fee of $100 per night seems quite excessive. While I understand the need for such a fee, I believe the amount is too high and could potentially deter pet owners like myself from staying in the future. Despite this, I hold the hotel in high regard and would recommend it to others, although pet owners might want to consider the extra cost.

Very stressful.

The only thing I liked was ocean view. Besides that it was a very bad experience.

They did not have the room we reserved. I took my sister with medical needs who needs to sleep in her own bed and we were put in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Staff blamed booking.com for everything and was rude. Elevators did not work. Just a bad experience overall.

Clean, comfortable, stylish, great location and super service!

We loved everything about the Lucie! Shawn, Laurie, Christina were friendly and so helpful. Our car would not start and Alton a staff member in facilities came out to help us. The cafe had great breakfast and coffee. The Tiki bar was awesome! The bartender was friendly and made great drinks. We cannot say enough about the hotel, the staff and service. The room on the ocean was fantastic! We will definitely be back and tell our friends and family.

A little surfers paradice with nice restaurants, salty beeaches, laid back and friendly staff.

Very laid back and soft. Closeness to fantastic beach, restaurant next door, pool area etc. Warmly recommended!

The location was great, food/beverages a little pricey. Staff very friendly, beds/pillows were comfortable. Was quoted one price per night and rate increased almost daily.

the floor in our room was not clean, looked ok but made the bottom of my feet dirty and was sticky. especially after taking a shower. everything else was nice

Our king with oceanfront room was spacious and very comfortable. The decor is updated and just enough beachy feel.

The price is a bit high. The restaurant next door is adjacent to the pool and pretty loud. Kills a restful poolside snooze.

had everything I required. pool, tiki bar, hot tub, coffee shop, beach access. good value for what you get. I rate it at 4 stars.

some construction going on near pool, and they should clean pool before it opens, not when I wanna have coffee in hot tub.

Not worth the money

The place seems dated and dirty. One elevator out of service. Bed was uncomfortable. Towels was like “sandpaper”, a little softener could have done wonders. In my opinion, not worth the money.

Clean room, spacious, comfortable bed. The ocean view was amazing.

Pool was tiny, no free breakfast although they do have really nice breakfast with a view available for decent extra price.

Great location, modern room with fab french toast forr breakfast!

Excellent beach front location with private access and pool which my children loved. Our ate included breakfast and the French toast were amazing - the breakfast staff work really hard. Clean and modern room.

skipped cleaning our room 2x out of 5 night stay…. changed my own sheets. Alarm from empty room next door woke us at 6am…. staff are not turning alarm settings off from previous customers. TV woke us at 2 am by flashing white screen when it was off.
