I'm pretty positive that after being there for over thirty days that they where feeling from me

The room was fine but every time I pad for my room it continued on a running balance and they tied up my whole bank account they tried to tell me I didn't pay for 2 days and nobody brought to my attention because I know I payed

It went up every time i payed the rates went up I am now paying 180 dollars from 109

Everything was great. The breakfast every morning was a plus!

Loved the layout of the suite had everything we needed for our stay.

Very enjoyable, comfortable and exceptional!

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. What we got was a living room/dining room/kitchen and two separate rooms each with a queen bed and its own bathroom. Very nice.

The pillow for the sofa bed was lumpy, the facial tissures weren't soft. Everything else was exceptional!

Exceptional

Convenient driving access to Red Rocks park and Dinosaur Ridge; plus a pleasant walk to the nearby Ft. Logan national cemetery. Our 3rd floor room had a nice view of the Rockies.

Just wish Denver included this area in their light-rail system, because public transit wasn't convenient. Hence one really needs to rent a car or use lots of Uber/Lyft/Taxi. Definitely large quiet rooms, with nice kitchenettes to prepare shared meals.

Front desk staff was pleasant at midnight.

The TV didn't work (the remote was melted) and the shower door didn't want to stay closed.

Superb rooms and breakfasts.

For our mini-family reunion, the rooms and kitchens were perfect, as was the breakfast/lounge area. Surprising quiet despite a nearby busy road. Breakfasts were an amazing selection of hot/cold food!

One doesn't stay here for tourism -- the only views are parking lots of other businesses. But convenient to Ft. Logan Natl. Cemetery (the reason for our brief stay). Rooms are quiet from traffic; but can easily hear footsteps of the people in the room above.

Uncomfortable, hassles, changed to poorer accomadations.

Breakfast was mediocre, they took away the breakfast burritos.

Initially our room was fine until an hour later the toilet broke. We were told we had to wait for the manager. After waiting we went back down and requested a change of room since it was taking so long. We had to repack everything and take it downstairs. We were put in a smaller, less comfortable room, noisy, no lite, view of a wall. Essentially we were downsized and should of been given a partial refund.

Convenient location for a Red Rocks concert

Our shower was broke. it was inconvenient but the kindly gave us a different room and it turned out ok.

Great breakfast even 10 min before closing time. 15 min from Red Rock amphitheater.

Elevator wasn't the best and 1 ice machine for the whole building but room had big fridge that was nice

There was not hot food for breakfast for the four days we stayed.

Dirty rooms/noisy

Kitchen and utensils were available for us.

There was dog hair everywhere: sofa, desk chair, bed, floors, etc. we didn’t have a pet but we sure felt like we had one. The upstairs neighbor were loud and they were walking around pounding upstairs until 2:30am.

The guy who checked us in was very helpful & allowed us to check in a little early . His name was Tim not sure if he was the manger but all people who worked the front desk was very friendly

Not a big spread breakfast like they use to have, no wifi for the weekend and we couldn't call the front desk when we needed extra towels or blanket we had 2 walk down to the front desk

Convenient to where we needed to be. Bedroom with door is a must when we travel due to adult son that almost always goes with us and has a CPAP machine. Staff were very pleasant and it was very quiet and comfortable.

Little dated but it was clean.
