The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

The elevators were very slow. it was so bad that we walked to the end of the hallway and took the stairs down. I'd think

Will never recommend to anyone ever

The location is good and was clean

No room phones working as I was told for 3 nights. Very surprising and even after complaining the manager after my checkout he did not seem to regret it. I had to come to the frontdesk myself for everything. I arrived after 12 am due to my flight delay and had to wait in parking as no one opened the main gate. Telling the manager on the same also did not help. Infact, he has excuses that staff was gone only for 10 min and that too on an email. I wanted towels and I only had to carry them from the frontdesk.

It was ok, just needed to sleep one night so didn’t complain

Location was great

Sofa was very dirty and the bathrooms needed to be regrouted and the tub needed to be refinished. Looked dirty

Great room. Due to a school staying in hotel the front desk put us on the top floor so we didn’t hear any noise.

There were ants in our room. Plus they ran out of toilet paper so we had to use klneex.

I will not be staying at this hotel any more. I’m disappointed

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I like how easy it is to get around Austin

My daughter has bedbug bites and now I have to inspect my items to make sure I didn’t bring any home

Overall nice stay. Staff could’ve been friendlier but it’s fine.

Nice area , close to the places we went. EX. 20 mins from The domain.

It wasn’t very clean in the bathroom.

Solid Hotel at a Solid Price.

The Breakfast was okay and the hotel being next to the Interstate was very helpful. In addition, the indoor pool was quite helpful in the extreme heat.

It was a tad bit far from the downtown area and the sink area was a bit small for both my significant other to get ready in the morning.

Good value for a one night stay!

It was clean in a good location!

The air conditioning unit was right against the bed. Too close. The couch bed was springy and uncomfortable.

The hospitality was warming from both shifts

We really didn't have breakfast. We had some tea. I feel a little .ore variety of tea would help maybe some raw lemons as well. But the setup, quantity and quality look good. The location next to I-35 was very convenient and we was able to grt to our location we needed to be within minutes.
