Muy limpio, personal súper atento. Y ubicación perfecta para asistir a cualquier evento en el Convention Center.

Pese a que estaba en área de no fumadores, de uno de los cuartos salía olor a Marihuana. Pero esto no es inherente al hotel.

Quick check in/check out, decent closet space, lots of outlets, AC runs very quietly, very friendly staff

Weird orange gunk on the office chair, no bedside lamp, room (203) very permeable to noise from the lobby, room not suuuuper clean, pillows small and uncomfortable, frankly the place is a little decrepit and people are cleaning the best they can but it's a losing battle without proper maintenance.

Spacious room. Good view. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast.

A few drawbacks were the loveseat in our room (306) being wider than the wall behind it thus blocking some of the sink area (a wide chair would fit better). Also need more shelf space inside the shower preferably on the wall opposite from the faucet. The toilet paper roll holder was the wrong size.

The breakfast attendant was very sweet and the hotel was close to our destination.That's about it.

The room smelled like cigarettes even though the room was non smoking. Half the hall smelled of weed. The smell was so bad my allergies flared up. I had a runny nose and I was sneezing the whole time. There was also some brown residue on some of the light switches...The curtains were also very see through, there was a bright street light flashing through the window all night. I don't think we will be staying here again.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean.
