The breakfast was fantastic! A nice touch was infused lemon water and cookies upon our arrival. Those little touches make such a difference@

Rooms were relatively clean.

Indoor pool was not heated. Animal excrement in pool room. Bed was uncomfortable.

Great location if your travelling through Amarillo. Good places to eat near by.

Clean but they we’re working on elevator again last time we stayed there it broke down I’m handy cap and don’t clime stairs with my walker and my sister had to pack us and move us down stairs

The lady that checked us in was gripping at us because the company over books them and she has to turn people away. That’s scary what if that would have been us

Hotel and room seemed clean.

I called inadvance to inquire if the jacuzzi worked and was told yes, No, it doesn't and the pool is also cloudy and discusting. The room itself smells real bad. The front desk person is either sleepy or very disinterested, maybe she hates her job. Desk toId me the hotel had been renovated before or right after Covid, (1.5-2 years) No, doesn't looked like it was renovated for the life of the hotel for 20 years. I really don't see how this hotel got a 8.0 rating.
