It was a very pleasant surprise for us and we would most likely come back again.

The location was good too and the room was very clean. We had a great time for dinner.

They were under construction so no pool or outside lounging.

The pictures on this site ARE NOT THE REAL ROOMS ! The smell of mold was so bad I couldn’t stay in the room for more than 5 minutes , blood on the counters , feces around toilet AND we got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes , fire department had to get us out , it was burning hot ! They wouldn’t give me a refund and basically said oh well

Great Value, HazMat Suit required

Location: AWESOME location, central to Hollywood and close to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and business,

Cleanliness - couldn;t walk on the floors without getting dirty. Gym and pool were both closed, and construction work all day long.

It was a bad experience overall.

I arrive alittle closeer to mid night when checking front lobby was ok then after checking to go to the room I stated sneezing cause of dust!! Then I walk in the room the ac unit was blowing dust!!! I stayed there for the night and left in the morning, I was supposed to stay for 2 nights , I left , they didn’t refund nothing to me… honestly the place is terrible but the workers was nice as far as the front desk but they didn’t really worry about my concern so I left and check out I had to go rent another place cause I could take the dust and the noises..

The room overall, the ac unite , the floor carpet the chairs in the room are dirty and dusty!!!!!!

there saving the best rooms for the Mayor while keeping guest in old rooms

drilling all morning there working in pool stafff doesn’t take that in consideration they wake u up fast an put u out quick if ur not staying over bottle water $3. an parking is smalll not free staff call ur phone early waking u up maid there at 9 in morning fees an staff rude there all about there self an really not worried about guest an there money there spending on vacation

nothing they have new rooms but save them I guest for the mayor an put everyone in carpet old style rooms

Very good

Great location in the middle of nightlife and restaurants. We knew it said under construction when we booked it but didn't know that it was the entire outside space being rehabbed so no where to sit outside at all. Our room was new and clean and staff was very nice. I stayed here before and only paid around 110 a night with a nice pool and breakfast included so I felt that the price I paid this time at 178 was too much. With all the construction noise and no extras such as the pool, breakfast or any where to exercise they should be offering some kind of discount

location is only good thing about it

dirty, noisy, stinky place i tried to sleep but couldn’t because of beautiful sledgehammer sounds. everything must be redone in here. plus, while booking, I didn’t notice, that I got a smoking room. just thought those thing are gone.

it’s been in renovations for over two years. the signs by the elevator still say the vending machines & ice are on every level. they aren’t. take the signs down.

Stop by After Construction 🚧 is over.

Convenient location in walking distance to everything we needed.

Unfortunately it was under construction and Hotel staff got into a verbal altercation with either another worker or a guest. Seems like it used to be a great place.

The ramp for wheelchair was very slanted causing a safety hazard for someone on a walker which my wife was.
