Fine but not for this price.

The balcony was nice, several places in walking distance such as food and places to fish as well as the beach.

From the pictures we expected something a little different. It was very overpriced for what you were getting. The place should have been less than $100 per night as we have stayed in other places that were less than 100 per night that were much nicer. This place was $250 for one night and if you're looking for something pristine this is not it! Hair in our towels , they were soft though and larger than some others.not the cleanest there was a huge hole in the wall in the random sink in the room , rust and stains for a lesser price I wouldn't really worry about these things but for the price it was not up to par. The pictures make it look like it's closer to the beach than it is. Very outdated.

They said they no longer serve continental breakfast anymore.

Needs a total re do, very dirty, sheets dirty, floor filthy, bathroom with mold, ice bucket left full of water, AC did not blow cold air, dead cock roaches.. just to name a few

Location and view were perfect.

Doors on cabinet holding small fridge and microwave should be removed, was not accessible and was awkward. Bathroom light outside on backside of door, close clearance and pinch hazard using door for bathroom. Chairs on balcony were cute but unusable for older guests. Floors weren't swept, found hairy doggie treat under corner of bed.

very disappointed in the staff for not recognizing my concerns.

I love this property, great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and sights. very upset with staff, my reservation was a pay at the property one. my card was charged two days before our arrival date. this caused my card to be charged before I had the money in that Acct. found out my reservation was cancelled, I had to rebook our reservation and was charged an additional 700.00 for the rebooking. I tried to reach the manager, my call and email was ignored.

Very nice staff. Hotel needs upkeep and maintenance.

Staff was friendly. The location was good.

The room was way overpriced for the condition it was in. Money needs to be reinvested into the hotel. HVAC was behind drapes and shield was filthy.

It's expensive but I think because of the location, and the staff was really good but the rooms and kitchen need some upgrade.

Outdated, and they provide all the stuff you need for eating and cooking, but they are not sanitized, no dishwasher. Overall, it's just fine.

old and in need of serious repair. smelled moldy from old ac unit. door was obviously kicked in once or twice. old mattresses. filthy. The staff couldn’t even change the batteries in the wall clock.

Very beautiful location right by the beach, apartment was older but very cozy and good size for 3-5

Amazing location, cozy interior, very friendly and helpful staff

Scarce kitchen utensils - even if maybe we were the first guests actually trying to cook here… but 4 plates, 3 glasses, 2 cups etc. for a vocational rental that would in theory allow up to 6 pax…?!

Clean with good location.

Property is at a good location to go to the beach.

Looking at the pictures on the website, it appeared there was a free breakfast, which was not the case.

The location is good

Filthy, old and outdated, nothing like the pictures on the web site. Previous tenants old food in the fridge, half used bathroom products provided, peeling paint, filthy floors, visible mold and mildew, just yuck!!!

Beachy motel with great location but could use a thorough cleaning

The location is great, and the property's exterior is dated but beachy. The price was right, too. There is also free parking available, and there are a couple of restaurants/bars, beaches, and parks within walking distance.

I know it's Florida, and there are bugs here, but there were multiple silverfish in the bedding. The floors were also pretty dirty - the bottoms of our feet turned black after walking around barefoot in the room. The linens were dark and dated, and the bathroom also had some rough repairs though they didn't affect the functionality. Honestly, I wasn't expecting perfection for the price, but more attention to the cleanliness of the room would have gone a long way.

Moldy curtains in multiple rooms and twin beds were a little shocking. Twin beds are much too small. Chairs on balcony are uncomfortable and could really benefit from a simple cushion. Could use more lighting in the rooms and slider door in 206 is off track. Was afraid would break it

Very poor

Fort Pierce is a cool place to visit and the location of this place was great. I would not stay here again, even though the location was ideal.

I booked a king suite with a balcony. The balcony was so small a chair only fit sideways. This rendered the 2nd chair unusable due to it being sideways in front of the air conditioner unit. The suite was just a room with a cabinet that held a refrig and microwave, I think. Nothing suite-ish, imo. The room unfortunately smelled musty, moldy so badly. The bathroom was acceptable, but the smell was bad. I would be concerned about air quality if we were very sensitive.

I paid 150 dollars for one night in henhouse. Too expensive for such a poor place. Very old building. Everything in very bad condition.

Overall it was an excellent day really like the accommodations the room is very comfortable furniture was a little hokey

I like that it was really remote to all the bars and restaurants that are in the area and it wasn’t all it too much in the mix
