Rude front desk staff and want be security guard. people smoking weed in front building. you walk thru weed smoke to get in building. you have to use your key to get in building and key wasn’t working. People just pulled sliding open and walked on. Bed was hard.Room key from previous guest was left in room. Food crumbs was left from previous guest. Building sell mildew and stuffy.

The staff was nice. The price was good.

The shower nozzle was loose, the vending machine took my money and no water, the wash cloths were so old and thin, the towels had hair and were stained, the remote didn’t work, the area where the vending machine was the ceiling was dripping water which landed on my back!

The rude staff and the fact the my beds had roaches

everything was bad ( dirty room , noise, smoking smell, no breakfest ..etc )

I had to wait a hour to get in my room. It was almost 2 am when we got in the roon

The location and friendly staff.

I had family with me and everyone got bed bugs. Found dead bugs in the bed.

Can't think of a thing, we just needed to get some sleep
