Fijn verblijf!

Pretty good stay

Comfy bed, free breakfast, free parking, no additional deposit. Smaller pool/jacuzzi had heating.

Pool did not look very clean/pretty, but maybe it was just old?

Für Zwischenstopp auf Rundreise eine Nacht gut

Großes, allgemein sauberes Zimmer (Renovierung wohl nicht all zu lange her) 2 Queen Betten recht bequem. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Gutes stabiles WLAN. London Bridge zu Fuß in 7 Min. Ross Dress for Less gegenüber:-) Preis für Übernachtung von Sa/So ok. Personal war sehr freundlich

Pool viel kleiner als es auf den Bildern wirkte. Viel zu klein für so großes Motel. Frühstücksraum viel zu klein, draußen auch paar Tische aber überhaupt nicht einladend. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch. Es fehlte aber für meinen Geschmack Erdnussbutter. Kaffee recht dünn. Keine Marmelade, nur Jelly. Na ja, zum ersten Satt werden reicht‘s irgendwie.

Good value, this place could be exceptional with some external TLC.

The rooms were great, newer decor, comfortable Staff were awesome

Pool is clean and nice. However, the chairs are mostly torn, metal Sun loungers (hot), no plants no decor.

The pool area, the lot, the facilities in general looked dirty, under construction, not being kept, there was trash bags in the parking lot. Just looked very ghetto.

Pleasant check in, as older couple gave downstairs room, easy parking, a/c worked well as extremely hot. Nice breakfast to start the day.

Fridge needs a good defrost, old coffee bag left in machine.

Exceptional

This was around 7 days into a road trip and was the first hotel that provided much needed laundry services. It also had an outside swimming pool. Breakfast was included and the rooms clean, comfortable and provided tea/coffee, refrigerator, towels and toiletries. However, the most important part of hospitality is first impressions. The front desk needs to provide that first impression. The receptionist was friendly, warm and welcoming. I had an issue with the door card and a couple of other issues, all dealt with quickly, politely and professionally. Most impressive.

nice place but dirty floors

The location is great. It has a nice pool area. The bed was very comfortable

The floors in the room seemed like they’ve never been mopped. EVER. I couldn’t walk around barefoot or my feet would have been filthy dirty. The cleaning staff needs to add mopping of the floors to their daily routine. We rented two rooms and the floors were both filthy. Other than that the room was very nice.

Breakfast started at 7:00 and I needed to be at my job at 7:00 it was very poor no eggs no sausage when I stayed at Quality Inn they had eggs and sausage

It wasn't a pleasant stay because the room and other facilities were so dirty.

The location was good.

Our room was filthy. The corners of the bathroom had layers of dirt. There was used soap in the shower & toilet paper still in the toilet, although the paper seal saying it was clean was still intact. The floors were so dirty that the bottom of our feet turned black after walking across it. There was trash around the pool area and parking lot and the outdoor furniture was dirty & haggard. The pool & hot tub were discolored making it hard to tell if it was clean or not.

The water was not consistently warm or hot. We had to avoid some showers due to it never warming up. And the spa. We were only able to enjoy it one night as the rest of the times it was also cold. But all other was great.

We had booked our stay in May this year for a wedding of our son, 3 other family’s booked at this hotel. Plus our Wedding the same weekend and was downgraded to 2 full beds when we had a conformation number that was not found. Very disappointed.

Its a great location and close to everything

They did not clean the room at all one day and the other they changed towels and emptied the trash only. When I went to the office to get towels they said they are understaffed and they dont make the beds just change towels and empty trash because they are understaffed.

could be a better experience.

Little bit of upupdating here and there was good. This is the second Wyndham hotel/motel that we used for this trip. I will probably avoid booking it with Booking.com again. Both experiences were not at the best quality.

The toilet rocked sideways. The bathmat inside the bathtub looks like it came from a Third World country. Tissue holder had two tissues. Trim in bathroom was not taken care of. Needed painting. Fan in bathroom is very noisy. First floor on the back faces, a major highway, not the greatest soundproofing in the motel.
