Toilet was broken and did not flush. There was no lotion in bathroom. Room thermostat did not work and blankets were thin.

Nothing much. We came into a small room with a broken faucet, did not honor our paid online booking.
Staff wasn't helpful, charged us twice. Gave us the keycard and that's it, no info on where's the room, what ammenities does the hotel have nor the schedule for breakfast or even the wifi access. We moved to this hotel from a different hotel because the kids wanted a pool, but the pool is not operational, told us it should be ready by 8am before we checked out, but it never did. Breakfast was lame, oatmeal and not even waffles nor pancakes. They have a very few selection. For the value of the hotel, and its name, it didn't stand out, comparing it to a locally owned hotel where we stayed before them. Not even a microwave in the room.

Bed was really comfortable, I liked that the TV could connect to your phone to watch Netflix and other apps, staff was friendly, pool was heated
Breakfast was horrible, refrigerator was terrible it had a timer on it and only stayed on for 2 hours and off for 8 hours so I had to keep remembering to turn it back on, and the air conditioner unit was really loud had to turn the tv up to tune it out

Didn't get the room we booked and paid for on line, the room the gave us was HORRIBLE, they moved us to a different room which later that evening we had water GUSHING in the restroom from the room above up, they didn't do anything about it.

The staff was lovely. Beds comfortable. Price was good.
The shower rod was almost pulled out of the wall on both sides. The temperature knob on shower was broken-had to twirl it like 12 times to get the temperature correct. TINY ROOMS. Breakfast was not impressive for a Fairfield. Website says transport to airport which they do not provide. Taxi that was hailed for us never showed up.

Front desk person very helpful, willing to text me if/when a room opened up early to check in. Complementary breakfast in the morning is very Nice feature
The gym is very sparse, three treadmills. A few free weights, but no bench even to sit on. No water dispenser in the gym.

it’s very clean and friendly staff
they advertise pool and hot tub. the pool looks much bigger on pics and the hot tub does not exist anymore. the pool and hot tub were the main reason for choosing this hotel for lil staycation

close to the airport, great breakfast, clean room
we checked in late and only stayed one night but found it was a little confusing to navigate inside. we got turned around when trying to find the lobby from our room. additional signage would have been very helpful.

The breakfast was average. On the last morning it was loud and there was very little coffee and nowhere to sit. It looked like the staff's kids were all having breakfast.
The pillows, the contents of the room overall. It was like the built a new hotel and used items from an old hotel to furnish it. The climate unit was definitely older than the actual building.

The room we stayed was smaller then we expected. The location was not bad just under construction.
