大学に比較的近い事

卒業式前と、当日の料金が平常に比べてとても高く設定されていた。 風呂のシャンプーボトルがシールで壁に着いているが、水を含んで接着力が弱くなって、夜中に突然自然落下していた。注ぎ口が破壊されて使えないのに、清掃の時に滞在中ずっと交換されていない。 きちんとチップは毎日置いていたのに。

The hotel has everything I need. Coffee in the room. Quite close to Yale University. Staff very friendly and helpful. They ordered a taxi for us when we left. Bed are comfortable.

My room overlooked the noisy street.

Great location, useful facilities (laundry facilities and microwave in the lobby), and most importantly the staff are extremely helpful and show excellent service attitude.

Very easy to walk to Yale for campus tour.

The bathroom was run down and outdated. I stayed in this facility 10 years ago- it seems the same.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Check-in by Michelle was quick. We also got reference for private shuttle for an very early morning ride to the train station (taxis are not available early morning). The gym was always clean and had water and towels ready.

Garbage disposal and new towels were provided daily, but housekeeping was only 2x per week during our 8 night stay. This is a bit odd for a large chain hotel like Mariott. We would prefer daily housekeeping.

It’s a very nice and clean hotel. Near the shopping area, and a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Rooms is not soundproof. So it’s quite noisy on the weekend, because there’s a bar nearby.

The shower was great , pressure and heat perfect

bed was a little too firm for me
