Location was good. About 1 mile from Mallory Square.

Very outdated and in need of remodeling. For the price it should have been a little nicer. Staff were friendly.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. Eric was very accommodating due to our late arrival. Will stay here again.

The only issue I had with the property was the electrical outlets were in strange places and loose to where things didn’t stay plugged in.

Old building, short ceilings, No Amenities, Uncomfortable beds. Terrible Bathroom. Horrible AC. Broken and filthy fridge. Nasty quilt

Friendly staff great location ,the only thing I found lacking was ,we had a 2 bedroom,but only 1 small TV , the AC unit was loud , other than that we had a great stay thanks again 🇺🇸🇺🇸💖

The roof patio was closed for renovations. Would have been nice to know El Patio's patio was closed

Like the location and the roof top patio. Able to park our car without worries, everyone was friendly, great value for the size of our room.

When we walked in the floor was not clean. The first day we had bought cookies and hoped to eat them the next day and thousands of ants we're all over the stove and counters.

close proximity to Duval Street. parking available, rooms are clean, strong water pressure when using shower, friendly, and accommodating management.

The location was really great, close to a lot of things, but far enough away from the noise. The room was super clean and larger than I would have expected. The staff was very friendly and provided several helpful tip, which enhanced our stay. It was a brutally hot week, but the excellent AC in the room saved our vacation! We enjoyed some great snorkeling by the pier at Higgs Beach, which is only a couple blocks away. We rented the hotel bikes for a day, but should have rented them for the whole week, totally worth it. The outdoor area is really nice, lots of nice plants and trees and the roof patio is a pleasant place to hang out. Overall, it was a very good experience staying here.

I know it is a very subjective thing, but the bed was a little uncomfortable, but not really enough to complain about. It would be nice to have a microwave available, but I knew that it didn't before booking, so it is just a suggestion and not a complaint.
