Everything was sparkling clean, Beds and linens were so comfy, easy to just drift off to sleep! There are enough plugs ins for charging and quiet where our were. Buffet breakfast was hot and plentiful!

About midnight 30 my son in law took a shower and it ran the water in the commode bowl over. Sink stopped up while washing hands

Sheets were not washed. Room was dark.

They have a great hot tub. The hotel is clean. The staff was friendly.

Pool was a bit cold but kids didn't care. Restraunt is kind of expensive. Rates are a little high.

It's a very nice hotel. The pool looks nice, but we didn't swim.

There was a door to an adjoining room, and we could hear the people next door as if there were in the same room.

Excellent location, easy access off the freeway. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. Even though we didn't use the pool, I thought it was uniquely located (the middle of the hotel indoors). The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the convenience of the business center, since I had a bunch of documents to print out. The room was on the ground floor and very quiet.

Unfortunately, the room smelled terrible. Very musty and moldy smell to it. Even though the AC was running, it was still quite humid. Since we were there for only one night, I didn't complain. Also, I wasn't sure if breakfast was included in the rate or not (my fault for not reconfirming), so we skipped out and just ate elsewhere.

the location was easy access from the highway. it was not the location described in the overview. Mass street is still about an 8-10 minute drive.

very outdated hotel. The beds are about 20+years old. All the rooms surround the pool which leaves a smell of chlorine throughout the hotel and room. The price was high considering breakfast not being included. Although I was upfront with 4 adults staying in our double queen room, there were only 2 sets CB of towels and zero caffeinated coffee in our room. I had to ask for them at the front desk.

Staff was very very kind. We just needed breakfast faster because we were trying to get an early start. So, restaurant staff made our breakfast ‘to go’ and that was awesome!! Thank you

Air conditioning wouldn't go below 78 in our room and it was 104 during the day of our stay. Staff did switch us to a room with working AC for our second night but the first night was brutal.

the staff was super friendly, the location was great. i like that they’re pet friendly and have a nice pet area.

the humidity! it felt like it was out of control, likely due to the indoor pool. the whole place had this dewy ick. the room I stayed in was on the exterior and far away from the pool but still had peeling wallpaper, a musty wet towel smell, and mildew all over the shower. I bought a room spray to be able to relax in the room and not feel like I was staying in an old cabin. The price I payed for this should come with a room that likely has mold issues.

Had tUpon booking my reservation and trying to cancel within 3 hrs was given a disconnected number, breakfast was supposed to be included in my reservation and was charged after eating, grill was met with limited menu but no one could tell me how limited, just that id have to waste everyone's time and go in and see...
