Booking.com is a very unethical business. They book a major portion of hotel rooms in advance on cheaper rates - and then resell the rooms at much higher prices. The hotel listed the room for $105.00 but when you call them to bool, they don't have a room available in their system because it's all booked - however, when you search on Booking.com, the same room is available for $180.00 This is a bad business ethics by Booking.com

Loved the room and chaise lounge.

We were in room next to where they prepare breakfast. At 4:45 am I was woken up to the sound of drawers a d doors closing constantly. People moving around and making noise kept me awake all morning. If we could get a different room next time, I will be much happier.

I've stayed at a few hotels in Miami when I'm visiting family and the last several times I have always gone back to Holiday Inn Express. They have maintained the facilities throughout the pandemic and it made it comfortable to return to the room at the end of the day. I especially liked that the blinds covered the window completely and blocked the sun and heat.

It's not as updated as many Holiday Inn Express locations across the nation. I didn't realize it, but my cousin mentioned that the toilet seat was loose and only connected on one side. I forgot to mention it to the staff when I went back downstairs since I always used the staircase instead of elevator.

We have stayed at several Holiday Inn’s- this is the first time we were disappointed with one. The AC unit continuously made an annoying noise night and then the unit shut off which caused the room to heat up quickly. the beds were middle of the road- not great and not awful. The outside corner on the tub showed a lot of wear and tear and a black spot that had not been covered up. The room was ok, but I would not pay $162 to stay here again.

This place is a nasty! I paid $141 a night! I have pictures to prove how run down this place is. There were even ants all over the breakfast counters in the lobby here! I'm appalled!

Entrance to facility hard to find. Short staffed, however the greeter was extreme;y courteous, professional, and respectful. Room was not ready when I arrived. Kitchen area needed cleaning. One particular employee was rude and I observed him telling to lady I thought was in charge to "F" off in the lobby.

They were able to give us a second room to accommodate the 6 of us.

The bed sheets were soiled with makeup and had hair in the bedding. We asked for 4 new bedsheets and pillow cases and then had to make all of the beds. The phone did not work for room service. No one was ever at the front desk, as the staff was often outside smoking. Some of the staff was friendly but some were very annoyed when we asked for towels or trash bags. One of the times we needed fresh towels they said they were in the dryer and it would be about 30 minutes. This was mid week and the parking lot had maybe 3 cars. The ice machine was broke the first day. The pool remained closed the 7 days we stayed. The lobby floor and hallways needed to be vacuumed. Our smoke free room smelled like cigarettes everytime you walked through the door.
