The property was a bit dated, but overall, very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the overall condition of our suite was good. The grounds were well maintained and clean. No issues with the pools or hot tubes. Would stay here again. The on-site bar was a bonus. We enjoyed the local eateries and wish we had stopped next door to Bummz's sooner. Loved the She-Crab soup at Damon's and The Dead Dog Saloon.
Pull out bed was the weak link in the furniture, really not usable. The couch itself was fine, no issues. The pots and pans were as described in other reviews, not the best cook wear. The washer and dryer have seen better days, but were serviceable for our needs. Our biggest two complaints were noise levels from the next door apartments and the heavy marijuana smoking on the balconies around us.

Everything. Very nice facilities. Good kitchen with modern stoves, microwave oven big refrigerator and all basic utensils & crockery. Ocean view was awesome.

The location is great.
Property is dated. Unfortunately the paint is peeling and carpet needs replacing. Mattress isn't comfortable and is worn out. People in the resort does not respect the no-smoking rules/policy and will smoke on their balcony which leads to guests staying in rooms above and around unable to open their sliding doors. The studio sleep 6 but was tight for a family of 5. Only had 3 dining room chairs so not even possible to sit down and eat together.

The location was outstanding. The mini golf was a nice addition.
Security staff need to be trained better to handle guest complaints as our experience with them was terrible. The pizza flyers that were dropped at doors were a nuisance.

Very Dirty, Smelly, old sunken in Beds. Rusty Fridge.
We checked in to unit 0614 and was greeted by very strong fishy scent. As walking through the unit a saw a small blue machine plugged in that is used to eliminate odors. The side of the fridge had lots of surface rust. Not appealing. We called the front desk and to their credit they moved us right away to another unit. Much improved but to be honest if this was my first stop I would have been disappointed. Floor was dirty. Beds were terrible and very sunken in that made for 5 bad nights of sleep. Wouldn't recommend.

It was dated the icemaker leaked. You couldn’t sleep in the bed. It was old and saggy. We literally had a sleep in the twin beds because it was so bad. It looks like they built a place and just left it like that it was a time capsule.

The location was great
The room had black stuff all over the ceiling, thick layer of dust on all vents and light fixtures, floor was filthy and the bedroom tv buttons did not work correctly. Pool was not monitored by staff at all abdominal was very busy. Not a place for a family with young children. Had an altercation with another guest when my family and myself were threatened. Police showed up and wanted them to stay in one pool and us in the other. Staff was suppose to make sure this happened and the manager left and never came back to check. Very disappointed

The room was excellent, the Pools were excellent, access to the beach was perfect, access to the boardwalk was good.
Checkin sucked! waited way past check-in for had to wait for a call that my room was ready. I had to go back to the desk and see if it was ready. Slow and hard to hear at the check-in desk. Longline and early checkout? We were also woken up by Maid @ 9:00 am thinking we had checked out!

Liked the pool and hot tubs, outdoor bar, overall look and cleanliness of the facility. Great staff at the front desk who listened to my concerns and hopefully dealt with the issue I explained.
Room was clean but in need of upgrading, with paint peeling on the ceiling of the living room and in the bathroom. Fridge was old. No toaster. Beds were mushy. We had to call down about rowdy people yelling and cussing in the hot tub. We were ready to sleep and it was 10pm. An hour later when I was in bed asleep, there was a POUNDING on the door, 3 times. I finally got up and answered it to see 3 security guards who accused me of throwing Chex mix at the rowdy people in the hot tub. Isn't that blaming the victim? BTW, I don't like Chex mix so would never have it in my room, nor did I throw anything off my balcony. I was just trying to get some sleep. That did not sit well with me.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and a decent size. The view was great and serine! I had an issue with the booking but it worked out and the front desk was accommodating.
The parking deck is a bit tight. It was the off season so no many people around but I would foresee issues in the summer.

This hotel reeked of marijuanna from the time I stepped in to the time I checked out. Even in the elevator it smelled like marijuanna. None of the kitchen appliances worked microwave, oven, any of that. The sink was constantly leaking and the staff didn’t even want me to talk to a manager about these issues I really deserve a refund all this money I paid and I had to buy out to eat every day I stayed at this location due to the kitchen appliances not working. I wouldn’t stay again ever.

How roomie the room was
How nasty the room was no clean towels were brought up no key card to get in the room all you had to do was put a code in the door I didn't think that was safe at all. There was food on the walls in the kitchen and they have roach 🪳 problem. It was just was not clean and they wouldn't move us to another room.

Location
The maintenance left a lot to be desired, especially the plumbing. Had a leaky valve on the hot water for was basin and instead of fixing it they partially closed the valve to stop the leak, it worked but greatly reduced our water pressure.

We was on the penthouse floor(19th). The view was beautiful. Room was nice and spacious. Very comfortable. This will be my go to place for now on. Very affordable
