Great downtown hotel, helpful staff and an amazing city view.

Great hotel, staff very helpful and friendly, downtown location is ideal. It's bit expensive, but were there for our anniversary and knew how much it would be beforehand, but it was worth it.

Parking is a bit expensive, even for being valet parking.

Perfect stay, perfect staff, perfect view

The view is absolutely great. It feels you can see the entire state. The location, staff, everything was perfect. The building is huge just like many American buildings, but the view pays off. I recommend.

The rooftop experience is not available for guests unless you pay. Also, you can't have a drink there, you have to book a dinner.

I won’t go back.

View was great. Bed was semi comfortable. Facilities were nice with lots of space and areas to sit and hang out.

Hotel access and check in. Valet told us he was bringing a cart but never showed up with it even though my daughter was waiting for 10 to 15 minutes with all our stuff. Then waited in line to check in for about 25 min. Didn’t see the “elite” Bonvoy member line from the direction from which I walked up to the check in line (I wasn’t the only who missed this other line, either) but once I did it wouldn’t have paid to go there anyway as the woman was with the same customer for practically the entire time. It was a Friday night at 10:00 when we arrived. Then on Saturday it got even worse when we sat in a traffic jam beginning about two blocks from the hotel all caused by the poorly run and poorly organized valet system at the hotel. Spent more than 45 minutes just trying to park my car. They had the self park closed so were forcing every car to valet. Of course, as an out of towner (like all the other guests) I didn’t know I could enter the parking garage from another way. But it didn’t matter - I would have paid anything just to get out of the traffic jam. People were unloading their luggage in the street before even turning into the hotel receiving area because it was such a mess. I almost sought out a manager when I finally got in, but by then I was exhausted and fed up. Staff was nice, but slow and working within a system that seems very very poorly managed. The security people who helped my daughter who got stuck in the elevator were nice and got her out quickly, but the help button audio didn’t work well and my daughter told me they couldn’t hear anything that the woman on the other end said. Our bathroom smelled the whole time (like the faint scent of vomit if you got too close to one particular area.) But really, it’s hard to overcome a ridiculously slow check in and the Saturday valet debacle. Seriously, who is in charge? Management needs to rethink the system.

Booking said breakfast was included. It was not. I had too pay $71 for two people to eat just an ok breakfast. If i knew that i woulda walked down the street to waffle house to feed two with a better quality breakfast for less than $30

Wouldn't stay there again Hilton in would be cheaper and better.

The hotel is nice the views are pretty.

The room was not clean the ceiling look old and yellow like If there was a leak. I pay $237 for a room one night the bed was really uncomfortable and made noises if i moved overall was expecting more out of the price i paid for on top of that i had to pay for a parking space.

It was great.

I like how it was central to everything we wanted to do. Checking in was amazing and the guy checking us in named Jalin W. was great. He took great care of us and informed us of the property and things to do. Valet guys were very polite and helpful.

My shower curtain was not clean and smelled like it had never been changed

The view from 66 my room on floor 66.

This place is an old, outdated, overpriced sh*thole. Rude staff. Unclean. I got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet is better at holiday inn. Overpriced by 8x! The staff was uncaring and rude. The elevators are so old, the whole night you hear them running and braking, no chance at all you will sleep. I went 2 days with no sleep. Staff could care less. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Loved the view.

There was too much noise in the hallway. People were playing loud music and someone was upset and crying in the hallway. The mattress on the bed as old and uncomfortable. The tile in the bathroom was dirty. The entire bathroom needed updating. It looked like what I’d expect if I was at a motel 6. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Absolutely horrible and will never go there again.

Bed was comfortable

Staff was very rude. Especially the manager! Charged me more for parking than quoted. Booked a room last weekend and they wouldn’t let me change the date or give me a refund. So I paid twice for 1 night stay. Wouldn’t even give me a discount for another night.

the Location is amazing. the prime location to all tourist attractions in Atlanta. Good Housekeeping

The staff were extremely slow to check in. They were confused half the time. Money was a big problem. Terrible problem solvers. The hospitality was terrible. Westin has great brand value, but having to wait at the counters for more 45 minutes is too much to take after a 16hrs flight. They were unable to retrieve the bookings, unsure of the charges and always confused and chrcking here anf there. We always had to keep going to the counters to validate the access card. It would take another 30minutes to get the access card validated.

The floors in the hallway were dirty the entire weekend. The bathrooms are kind of small.

It was a disaster.

I checked out right after I seen the room, purchasing on a room just to not be able to sleep in comfort is insane.

The room could’ve been more clean the bathroom had a musty odor coming from it , which was making me feel sick I couldn’t eat my food I ordered. I drove back home @ 11:00 at night because I didn’t want to be in that room no longer than I had to.

Westin was very disorganized but room was nice.

I stayed on the 31st floor and absolutely loved the view.

Check in was at 4. I didn’t get there till 8 but was told rooms hadn’t been cleaned. I received a call at 9:30 that it was ready. Was given no discounts on compensation for my troubles.

Was not please with the value of my price.

Swimming pool and exercise facilities

Shower had mode and bug in my room. No microwave and fridge did not get completely cold. Overcharged my valet parking. Visit from the front desk about cheering for the Super Bowl game, but no interest in shutting down the sell of drugs for my complete stay.

I was very disappointed and will never stay at this Westin again.

The view was average. Although I paid for an upgraded room and requested a high-level room. I don't feel that I received a high-level room which was on the 45th floor.

The room was relatively small. The bathroom was very small and not considered at the luxury level. It took at least 8 to 9 minutes for the hot water to reach the 45th floor. The shower was very small and not convenient for a 5'11" man. When we got off of the elevator there was distinct smell of smoke, specifically marijuana. There was loud music somewhere on the floor at 2:00 am. I ended up calling the service desk to complain of the noise. It took at 25 minutes to get to the valet parking to told that valet parking war full. I was forced to park in the self-parking lot for $40 per night. Very expensive.
