Un coup de coeur !!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la suite 917 et 918 de l'hôtel Moco. La propreté, le confort du lit, l''odeur de la literie ont dépassés nos attentes. La grandeur et la beauté de la suite est impressionnante. Il y a une table avec 8 chaises. C'est agreable de recevoir des amis pour prendre un verre, jouer aux cartes ou à des jeux de sociétés. Les plafonds sont hauts. La vue sur le lac est magnifique. Nous avions 2 salles de bain tout équipées.

La piscine était fermée samedi 18h30. Cela nous a surpris et déçu. La cuisine n'est pas fonctionnelle. Nous aurions apprécié avoir une plaque de cuisson, un grille-pain, des ustensiles coupants et une poubelle plus grande. La petite boutique, pour le déjeuner sur le pouce, ne proposait rien d'intéressant à notre goût.

We’ll be back!

Lovely restoration of the former Montreal Cotton factory. Location in downtown Valleyfield near the bay allows strolling on the curated waterfront property and gazing across the bay. Lots if bike lanes. King Room had a great view. Sweet little bathroom with nice toiletries. Wonderful restaurant Meraki inside.

A bigger comfy chair to sit would have been our only addition. Our big floor lamp didn’t seem to work but we just moved the plug on the same outlet and it was fine.

Our stay in Valleyfield was great but the hotel a disappointment 😞😥

Breakfast was a bad as the restaurant isn't finished it felt like COVID all over again

had a good nights sleep.

only had a continental breakfast which was good. the restaurant was not open due to construction

did not appreciate having to wait to be returned to us later. we had no damages etc.

Nice stay, but not an option for a longer period.

Cleanliness and silence are a pro. Swimming pool and fitness room are properly fitted.

Restaurant was closed, no breakfast or beverages available. Opening hours of swimming pool and fitness rather limited. Limited staff.

Superb

location was nice, but had construction going on while there. long walk to room and front desk do to construction. wish i could have seen the whole hotel.

It was a long trip. We were exhausted and once we arrived it was difficult with construction to get to our room with all the laugage we had to carry.

The hotel is under reconstruction so the breakfast was not available, they gave us a small box though, which was appreciated

Very pricey for what we got!

Convenient location, comfortable accommodation.

Air conditioning was not working properly although front desk was informed. Room was not made up after 1 night stay.

Terrible if you are disabled

The location was perfect for us.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, we knew that when we reserved as we stayed at this hotel in October and it never bothered us. This time they were renovating the front entrance, they re route the entrance to a different location, again no problem. But then they closed the second floor elevator access and expected everyone to get off on the first floor and walk up 2 flights of stairs. I am disabled and cannot walk up that many stairs. The first day they shut off the access to the second floor, I pushed the second floor button on the elevator and was greeted by a very rude woman telling me that I could not get off here. So I continued down to the first floor and was then expected to walk up these 2 flights of stairs. A very nice manager came to my rescue and allowed me to take the elevator to the second floor and was also advised that I could continue to exit on the second floor. It then came a day when they blocked off the entire area with walls all around the elevator so that I could no longer get off on the second floor. On our last day there my husband asked about a luggage cart to use to take our things out to the car and he was told to use the stairs. Are you crazy with heavy luggage and a cooler and other bags and a disabled wife. We asked for the manager to call us, she never did call us even after I also left her a second message. I then spoke to another lady by the name of Nancy, she was very nice and brought up a luggage cart for us the night before. The parking garage was 2 levels, we parked on the first floor and we were able to exit that door but could not come back in as it was always locked which ment using the stairs once again. Nancy told that we could use the elevator on the second floor. There was signs every where saying it was a construction zone and hard hats were needed, my question how can you allow your guests to use an elevator in a construction zone.

Convenient, clean, with ample parking

Currently undergoing renovation so no inside restaurant. But, provided a breakfast bag with a muffin, cheese, granola bsr, and a juice.

Way over priced for the value.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is its central location and views of the water.

I was given a breakfast in a bag due to ongoing renovation which by the way has been going for YEARS. I asked where the coffee was? The attendant said, your room! The atmosphere is also morbid. No music in lobby and cold cement feeling with terrible lighting.

ventilation was horrible, on ninth floor you can hear water gurgling all night long, it stops for awhile and starts again . hopefully this can be fixed.

Hated it. We stayed 1 hr and signed out.we asked for our money back and they said no.
