The location was ok

When we arrived they said our room was cancelled which we did not cancel. We had to leave a day early and asked if we would be refunded. We put our deposit down on credit card and paid cash for room.. they told us we would get a refund for the last night. Upon checking out we were told they can't give us cash and could not put it on our credit card. We were told someone would contact us that day or the next and they would have to mail us a.cheque...total joke.. called 5 days later after we never heard anything and the forget to give us back our deposit so the man did that over the phone and told me there was an issue with the anger quitting so.now I have to wait another 10 days before they could even send out the cheque.. it is unacceptable and ridiculous... we should of known when they told us our reservation was cancelled but still had rooms available bit jad to pay more something was up.. This place is so dis organized it is crazy... I will be going to Quebec Tourism for no one should have to wait weeks to get a refund.. I feel like I have been totally scammed and will never recieve the refund...

Location was near to the event I was attending. I was able to park on site. Staff were friendly and capable.

Bathtub drain seemed clogged. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Had difficulty signing on to Wifi.

Beds were very uncomfortable...VERY. Very dated room. Rooms were not at all sound proof, we could much noise from all of them. Windows had no screens and not very safe...kids could fall out if they wanted.

The location was good and the beds were comfortable.

Everything was very neglected and dirty. Shower head was broken, there were stains on towels and even the toilet paper was dissolving as you try to use it. Staff were like they are being forced to work.

Receptionist was exceptionally rude and unprofessional, she was on FaceTime telling whoever was on the call that she wanted to quit, wifi password would not work although we called multiple times to get it renewed, the same receptionist wasn’t helpful and gave us attitude when we called to politely ask for new wifi access codes, the sink in the bathroom did not drain properly, sheets were not really clean once we arrived, window sill still had dust all over it as well.

Location is good it is near Metro station

It could have been better if there is a small fridge and a microwave which is most hotels have with the price I paid

This hotel is a shocker, if you could even call it a hotel… First impressions were good as the only money they have spent on the place is trendy decor in the lobby, however the staff upon arrival were snappy, rude, and aggressive with their words. We finally got the room and it was a delightful sight of black mould up and down the walls of the bathroom. As an asthmatic, I would highly recommend anyone suffering with asthma to avoid at all costs and those without.

To carry on the endless things wrong with this property AKA brothel. the pillows were about 40 years old with more lumps than thousand camel backs.

Nothing good about this hotel

The facility is very old and dirty, the cleaners come into your room without your consent in the morning and they woke us up while we were still sleeping. Wouldn't recommend you to go to this hotel and the price could be better hotel

- Rooms are very old and dirty (floor, carpet) - bathroom is dirty - our AC could not be turned off (it was freezing cold) - after long discussions with the nice but helpless staff we got an upgrade for a better room - but the hotel management and maintenance is very poor
