The transfer to and from the airport was excellent. The only excellent part of the experience. The room was adequate at best, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom floor was not really clean. I initially thought the shower was not working because when I turned on the taps nothing happened for several seconds before the water started to flow , then it was difficult to regulate the temperate. When I checked in with weather unfriendly staff I was told that no breakfast was included in the price, however when checking out the next morning I was told that if the booking had been made in advance a hot breakfast was included but then got a cold bag breakfast after noticing this was being given to other customers at the hotel.

After a very long flight I liked the clean comfortable bed. However the dislikes far exceeded the likes. I have stayed at other Wyndham hotels and could not believe that this hotel was part of the Wyndham chain of hotels as the quality and overall experience of staying here did not come close to what I expected. I will never stay in this hotel again but will continue to stay at other Wyndham properties.

Breakfast was great room was comfy and the hotel provided a shuttle service which was very helpful I would rebook this hotel again thank you

The air conditioner was very noisy making it difficult to get off to sleep

I liked that it was close to the night market and casino.

They said that the EV charger doesn’t work anymore so we weren’t able to charge our car.

The shuttle provided by the hotel was very helpful for travellers wanting to go to the airport! However the drivers were average and had zero personality!

Convenient for both airport and train to centre of Vancouver. Shuttle to airport and breakfast provided. Able to leave luggage at hotel until evening flight

Slightly 'tired' in decor. Breakfast choices limited and cooked food was not very tasty.

Easy to reach from the airport (by shuttle or by train) and easy to travel to the city (a 10-min walk to the train station and then a 25-ride to waterfront, the trains are frequent and safe). Spacious rooms, a ,good bed, good wifi, overall seems clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, of the kind one expects at a cheap motel, especially the hot breakfast (rubbery eggs, dry grey "sausage", no mushrooms or vegetables), artificial-tasting pastries, single-use cups. The power outlets in the rooms are not well-placed, and there are no USB charge points. These are, of course, minor points.
