The building is a historical factory from 1874 where horse team tack was built to skid timber from the St. Croix River forestry. The upper apartment is a bath/bedroom/kitchen /with an entry to the deck on 2nd floor with tree level views complete with gas fireplace ,refrigerator , gas grill and sink. Lower level has bedroom with deck and exit door.
