We have a home in Dunedin and needed to rent a place for a few days while waiting for a/c replacement. Remarkable how convenient it is to be within walking distance to downtown Dunedin (we usually bike). Really liked sitting on the front porch and watching the world go by. I highly recommend this place for any visitors who just want to spend a few days in Dunedin without needing a car.

Was only in Dunedin for two days but it had plenty to offer. Brewerys, food, music. Kathy's Place was very nice and comfortable. Great linens. Some paint on the bottom of doors and moulding would spruce it up and the light next to the bed was very dusty. But the accommodations were perfect and we enjoyed the coffee, water and treats. Thanks much. cheryl and kelly

This spot had everything that we needed and with the proximity to Main St. and the many excellent dining options and the bike trail, it was absolutely the perfect place for us! Kathy was a superb hostess and Dan’s setting up the bbq for us was a bonus. Kudos to you both!
