As you step through the cheery front patio or the convenient carport entrance from the first exterior shower, you're greeted by a spacious foyer boasting a storage bench and cubbies for all your beach essentials. A powder room offers convenience, while the large double stacked laundry room ensures effortless beach-day cleanup. Prepare to be dazzled by the gourmet kitchen, reminiscent of a high-end restaurant. Equipped with professional-grade appliances including massive cold storage units, an eight-burner gas range, double ovens, and double dishwashers, free-standing ice maker, every culinary endeavor is a delight. Gather around the ten-person dining table or perch at the four barstools on the expansive prep island. Three independent drink bars scattered throughout the first floor cater to your every beverage whim; coffee, wine, or cocktails! Unwind in the spacious main living room, perfect for movie nights or intimate conversations. Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, complete with a large grill for feasts, a covered picnic table for al fresco dining, and a paved area with a gas fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. An additional enclosed outdoor shower ensures sandy toes are easily washed away. Access the shared back balcony from the outdoor staircase to soak in the views of the paved fire pit lounge or retreat to the front balcony overlooking the charming community. Venture inside the second floor to discover more delights. A charming work desk offers a tranquil spot for remote work, while a second living space beckons with its inviting ambiance, game table, and another drink bar. The second floor also boasts three king bedrooms, each with its own unique charm, providing luxurious havens for guests of all ages. A second laundry room ensures convenience, keeping beach towels readily accessible. Ascend to the whimsical third floor, where fun and adventure await. A vibrant mural sets the tone for playfulness, leading to a spacious room filled with entertainment options. From arcade game, game table and two smart TVs. Lounge bags for beach movie nights, there's something for everyone. Step out onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air and views of the vibrant community below. Two bunk bedrooms, one with two twin over full beds, and the other has two full over queen beds. This allows you to accommodate up to twelve little ones, each boasting its own hallway bathroom with double vanities and showers. Let their imaginations run wild in this enchanted space designed with their joy in mind. Escape to this coastal paradise, where every detail is crafted for luxury and comfort, promising an unforgettable retreat for the whole family. *Please be advised there is construction beside this property. Construction is limited to normal business hours 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. **Driving 1.5 miles is necessary from Cinnamon Shore South to access Cinnamon Shore North's amenities. *Smart TV and Live TV capabilities available, no direct cable. ***NO PETS ALLOWED*** This home is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering this home the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. There will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until the pet is removed or eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home. STRR#572466
