Park in the double driveway (Garage is locked and inaccessible). Washer and dryer are for your use, as well as iron and ironing board in laundry room. Guest access- electronic smart lock access - personalized code given 24 hours prior to arrival First and foremost, please treat the home and property with respect and consideration. The pool is for your enjoyment; we are not responsible for any accident or injury to you or your party. For the security of our guest and safety of our home, we have external security cameras that cover the front entrance, driveway, both sides of the house, backyard and pool area. There is a doorbell camera that records those entering the home. There are no devices inside of the home. Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age. No more than 8 guests please, unless previously approved by owner. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME!!! If rule is violated, a $150 up-charge will apply. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO PARTIES, NO LARGE GATHERINGS/EVENTS. A cleaning fee is in place to cover basic housekeeping. However, if excessive cleaning is necessary, such as excessive trash left behind, dirty dishes, etc., upon checkout, a $100 up-charge will apply.
