This condo is furnished in an Elegant Coastal Flair for the each guest to enjoy their Beach Experience. The Living Room has Floor to Ceiling Glass Door for an amazing Beach View of the Gulf of Mexico. I have a Sectional Sleeper Sofa and two Chairs with an ottoman for viewing not only the Beach but the Large 70 Inch TV with DVD. There is plenty of seating and very comfortable furniture to lay back and enjoy your evening after a Sunny Day at the Beach The Dining Room which also overlooks the Gulf of Mexico has a Table and 6 Chairs Both of these rooms open to the Gulf Front Balcony which is furnished with 2 Loungers and a Table with chairs. Here you can enjoy the Amazing Views while drinking you first cup of Coffee in the morning or relaxing after your day at the Beach The Kitchen is fully Stocked for the gourmet cook or the quick meal when you come in for lunch. We also have a Breakfast with seating for 5 A separate Wet Bar with Ice Maker for filling your coolers The Master Bedroom has a Comfortable King Bed with Private Bath and Walk in Closet This room has a Dresser and Large TV and DVD There is also a Shelf unit in the entrance to the bedroom with Books for Our Guests to enjoy The Bath has Double sink Vanity, Jacuzzi Tub, and Separate Glass Enclosed Shower The first Guest Bedroom has a Comfortable King Bed and Private Bath. There is a Large TV and DVD The second Guest Bedroom has 2 comfortable Queen Beds and a Private Bath This room also has a Large TV and DVD There is a Hall Bath with Glass enclosed Shower and Full Size Washer and Dryer The Complex has the most amazing amenities. Free WiFi throughout, Outdoor Pool, River Pool, Pool Slide, Splash Pad, Hot Tubs, Indoor Heated Pool, Fitness Room, Tennis Courts, and Grills The Fitness Room and two Hot Tubs are located on the same floor as our condo Parking Passes must be purchased by guest upon arrival. 2 passes are guaranteed

Phoenix West II is a wonderful place to vacation with family. Our 3 grandchildren not only enjoyed the beach but the large indoor pool and 4 hot tubs were very nice especially in cool evenings. They also enjoyed the lazy river with curly slide!

Phoenix west 2 is my favorite place to stay, and this unit continued that streak. Owners were very easy to talk to communicate with, and I think there were zero problems.

The condo was great. Great location. Very spacious and loved having 4 bathrooms. The elevators are really really slow. Only complaint was they need more silverware. Not enough forks for everyone at dinner. Highly recommend if you need lots of space.

This was a great condo. It was huge and had plenty of room for the seven of us that stayed which was nice because we spent a bunch of time in there with all the rain. The condo is well stocked and was available on time. The complex had decent amenities, but be prepared to walk up and down the stairs, the wait times for elevators was terrible some days. I would stay here again though.

Great condo in a very good location. The beach was a bit overcrowded each day, but I guess that’s to be expected. Loved the temporary storage offering which saved multiple trips lugging umbrellas up and down the elevators each day.
The elevators were way overcrowded with a 20+ minute wait each afternoon after around 4-5pm.
Lazy River and pools were great!

Condo was very spacious and decorated nicely. Property was great with no complaints. This is a great condo and property for a large family. Plenty to do and comfortable layout. Master shower is very nice with his and hers shower heads. Extra bedrooms are at other end of condo so we were able to sleep while the kids stayed up late.
Minor things that didn’t affect the quality of our stay at all: wish there was a bit more attention to the kitchen amenities. Knives were all dull and there were no spices at all (not sure we had salt and pepper). Had a bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi and dish in bedroom - directed to call provider. That’s fine but could’ve been avoided with a little better in room instructions. Toilet in master is old and seat is damaged. Had an issue with flushing part during stay which was quickly handled. Would have preferred notification of the maintenance visit as we weren’t in the condo but pleased with the quick response. Outlets next to bed in master on both sides only have 1 working plug.
I would highly recommend this condo. Any ‘issues’ were very minor and overall it was a great stay!

We wanted to get away with the family prior to our baby being born in July, and this was perfect for our whole group. We had 8 adults and 2 children, and there was plenty of space - we probably could’ve had a few more people if we had used the pullout couch. With such a big group, it was nice having four bathrooms! Everything was as pictured and described - would definitely return and recommend to anyone!

The condo was as advertised. Beautiful views. Great amenities. Great for a family. I was concerned about the elevator wait times and the noise from other units, neither were a problem at all. However, we were there a few weeks before season started.

Been to OB 20+ times. This was the best place I've stayed in. Clean, comfortable, relaxing. Our friends who stayed with us go to Destin area. This was their first visit to OB. They loved it and will be back.

This was our first time staying Orange Beach and we couldn’t have asked for better amenities! The condo was clean and very spacious! The resort itself was great for the whole family - a lazy River and water slide for the kids, indoor poor, numerous hot tubs and a fabulous beach with super easy access! We are considering coming back in the spring with our parents. I would highly recommend this condo to others!

Upon arrival Mr. & Mrs Bates communication was excellent! The condo it self was very nice an fully loaded. I love “the big pot”in the kitchen as we were cooking for a big family . Our children enjoyed the water slide!The pools/lazy river could have been cleaner, but we were visiting at peak season. Overall I would definitely choose this condo again as we do plan on making reservations again.

The metal bar stools were not cleaned on the bottom they were stuck to the floors. The coffee maker too and Inside was dirty and the glass in the bar area is dusty. The outside patio was dirty, and the shower rods in the extra bathrooms keep falling. The size was great, had enough towels which was great and we always love the lazy River. Thank you so much for your help. The beds were very comfortable. Too! Great overlooking the ocean too! We love the lazy River this brings us back!

Very clean and updated condo - our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. Our specific condo was very clean and kept up as well as being stocked with the expected essentials. This was one of our favorite beach vacations. The only negative was that cell phone coverage is very limited while in the condo - wifi worked great so no issues with using apps, etc., but you just can't hardly make/receive calls that depend on the cell phone carries network.

We really enjoyed our stay. Despite the rain and cool weather, we still had a great time. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and clean. We definitely recommend this place. We look forward to coming back soon.

This condo is beautiful and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, and there is more than enough space for a large family. We love that each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus, there is an extra full bathroom in the large laundry room. Owners were easy to work with as well. Great all around condo!

This condo was the perfect place for hibernating during Spring Break and a Coronavirus outbreak! Even though the beach was closed on our last day, no one seemed to mind! We were three generations that enjoyed playing games and the beautiful view from the balcony! Thanks to John and Pam for sharing their beautiful condo with our family!

We have stayed in Phoenix West 2 since it has opened and this was one of our favorite rooms! We love this property but a few of the rooms haven’t been the best... this one is at the top of our list now!! If you plan to cook though you may need to bring a few dish towels/rags and pot holders.

We absolutely loved our stay during Fall Break. The condo was very clean. Check in was a breeze. The condo is very spacious, and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable. The amenities are amazing. My boys loved the lazy river, water slide, and large pool. My husband and I loved the beautiful beach, and spacious condo. We will definitely be back!

Condo was great, very clean, nicely furnished, kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook in, balcony view was wonderful, extra blankets & pillows were also provided. We enjoyed the amenities offered by the Phoenix II, outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court, basketball court, lazy river, & of course access to the beach. Something for everyone! Elevators ran smoothly, no congestion while we were there. Everything was well kept, clean, and staff was friendly. Owners were really helpful and responsive.

Loved, loved this unit! Working with Pam was a dream. Very quick responses. Gave check in 4 stars only bc unit wasn't ready at 4, but Pam was on top of it. Loved the layout of these units and the 4th hall bath. Loved the full laundry. All appliances are upscale and not the cheap crap from the dollar store. Wished they had more elevators, but that is a builder's issue, not owner. Spent a ton of time in lazy river when it was too hot at beach (97 degrees daily). Wished they would give more parking passes (2) when all units sleep 10-12 (we had 4 cars coming in from different states). Will definitely be back!

It is a fantastic property for extended family vacation. Grandchildren loved the large pool slide, lazy river and indoor pool.

We loved the unit and everything that was included, beautiful unit! My only suggestion would be for the cleaners to pay special attention to the floors, they had a lot of sand in the master bedroom. But overall I would stay there again.
