Also, for your convenience, there is an elevator, a laundry facility on each floor, and a fantastic pool area! A boardwalk to the beach has a private outdoor shower area to rinse all the sand back off! Sea Side Villas has a beautiful sun deck with loungers and a nice BBQ area with grills and picnic tables. Covered parking under the building is also available at Seaside Villas 1. You will have access to 2 adult beach cruiser bikes, four beach chairs, and a beach sun shade while you vacation with us. This unit has cable TV and high-speed internet. It is close to everything on South Forest Beach and the popular Coligny Plaza area. It is within walking distance of the newly opened New Celebration Park! You will be happy you booked our little vacation spot on the incredible, sandy shores of Hilton Head Island! Checked in and tried the TV. It did not work. /called the property owners and they stopped by on their way home from Florida. Could not fix but moved the smaller TV from the bedroom as an alternative which was OK. The condo is small, not for 4 adults. Needed much better pots and pans. Condo was clean and was nicely decorated.Overall would give a B-, C+.

Great location with nice views. Easy walk to lovely clean beach. Very convenient to have laundry right across the hall from the unit. Very nice bed, linens and towels. Only real negative is the air conditioner is too far from the bedroom. Luckily we brought our own fan to supplement the ceiling fan and tower fan! The beach chairs do not recline and are not in the best condition, so if you want a comfortable chair in the sand bring your own like One of us did...

Great place to stay conveniently located on the beach and short distance to everything else. Loved the room and balcony. 5 year old really enjoyed his first trip to the beach. Owners were great to work with and very responsive. They even found me another unit to stay in for a night so I could come down a day early. Highly recommend!!

I actually made it to the property and the location was perfect. Unfortunately, I never checked in due an emergency. Scott & Lori are excellent at communicating and I hope to actually stay soon.

I have nothing but positive reviews about our stay. Lori and Scott promptly answered any questions we had throughout the booking process. The condo was just as pictured, and we enjoyed the extra small touches such as make up removing wipes and laundry bag. We were tight on space in the car, so having the beach chairs and umbrella were great. The bikes were great. We will definitely rent from Lori and Scott again!

I'm pretty picky about where I stay and this property met all expectations. The place was small, but clean. You can hear the ocean from the balcony. Directions and check-in was super easy. Perfect location to everything and loved riding the bikes around town. I would definitely rent this place again!

I normally stay in Shipyard while at HHI. Ventured out because I wanted ocean views. This 1-bedroom had a very nice balcony with the ocean views and quick, easy access to the beach/ocean! I would definitely stay here again!

It was a perfect place for a girls weekend! The unit is clean and comfortable. The bikes were a great bonus. We loved how close we were to the beach and Coligny as well. We will definitely be back, thank you Scott and Lori, we really enjoyed your place at Seaside!

It was nice but too crowded and scared of Covid so didn’t do beach. Also too hot! Which wouldn’t matter if we could have enjoyed the beach, nice condo though !
