For added safety & security precautions, there are deadbolt locks, outdoor flood lights and security cameras outside overlooking the exterior. - No Parties ($150 fine per guest per night for parties) - No Smoking ($200 smoking fee with evidence of smoking indoors) - No additional guests not on reservation spending the night - Additional visitors allowed within reason and with approval from the host - If you check in later than 9PM please let me know.
