There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available from the flat-screen TV. Parking is available next to the house and guests should have no problem finding suitable parking. A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration. The drive to the house is accessible with GPS. We primarily communicate with our guests through the Airbnb platform. We hope you enjoy connecting with nature at Mt. Rainier Haus. Mt Rainer Haus has space for four vehicles in the private driveway and is easily accessible all year around. There is not any public transportation near the cabin. You'll need your own vehicle to get around. The red tape: ★ Guest must be 25+ to book (children with parents are allowed) ★ 6 Human Max ★ No Pets. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet. ★ No parties or events. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of the guests reservation and removal from the property without a refund. ★ No smoking inside the property. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may also result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent. ★ Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Excessive hot tub dirtiness that results in drainage of the hot tub or affects the subsequent guests stay will result in an additional cleaning fee. ★ No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. ★ There is one Ring doorbell security camera located at the front of the cabin facing the parking for your security. There are no cameras inside the property. ★ Power Outages occasionally occur in Ashford during a heavy rain or winter storm. We have a propane stovetop, a gas grill for cooking, and a gas fireplace for heat. We provide flashlights, lanterns and a self-powered emergency radio. Sometimes mother nature has plans of her own and it’s the perfect time to disconnect and unwind by the fire, play games, or read. We do hope the items supplied make your stay comfortable. ★ All Wheel Drive (AWD / 4x4) vehicle may be required to reach the cabin in the event of snow/ice (Oct-May). You will need this when traveling past Longmire within the park during the winter. The driveway to our cabin in is flat, but you may encounter some ice. ★ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. ★ Absolutely no fires inside. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
