Great location, neighborhood, amount of space, yard, parking, proximity to beach, dining, shopping. Comfortable bed. Fire pit great. All the extras such as beach stuff, bikes, cornhole, pool table….all great. Washer/dryer great. Super quick and helpful contact/response from management company. Fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Super quiet area at night for good sleeping!

Dishwasher not working & smelled….not a huge deal except there was little to no HOT water coming from kitchen sink to wash dishes. Some cleanliness issues….dust & cobwebs (particularly kitchen pendant lights). Damaged tiles, discolored grout, outdated and damaged details here and there. Bathroom upstairs smelled bad (combo of cat urine and/or musty). Did not use that bathroom….glad we didn’t need to.
