Love the tiny home setting, love the waterfront location. The Ritz was certainly a great place to stay with all needed amenities and hands down better than a hotel room which costs much more. Attentive manager on site. Very easy to get downtown, felt safe in this community. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This tiny home was so cute and perfect for our needs. The owners were very kind and patience though booking and check in and the pictures truly don’t do the location justice. Definitely have to stay here again if I am in the area!

First time stay in the tiny home community-dtayed in The View and it was absolutely gorgeous outside at night… The people and neighbors were friendly. The host himself was very nice and welcoming!

A tiny house experience that was very interesting. The development was also home to permanent residents as well. On a lakefront and not your typical hotel stay. It was great for my 7 yr old that was scheduled for surgery at a near by hospital the following day. He had fun climbing the ladder up to his bed and it relieved some of his anxiety. Good choice for me.

Stayed at this lovely complex for a night. Very clean and organized. The entire community is very friendly. The views were breathtaking and the usage of of such a confined space to bring out a comfy living space is commendable. The units have lots of natural light as well which was very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

It was absolutely incredible! Do yourself a favor and book it. The house was so cool and had everything I needed. The lake was beautiful and a pleasure to see every morning as I left.

The tiny home was wonderful and the property was great. However, be weary of the check in procedures as they are atypical and odd. Asking for a photo of the credit card and drivers license seems odd and the internet would agree. Host should figure out another way to complete this process that does not put the person staying at potential risk. The tiny home itself is comfortable, but be advised that the toilet in our suite barely had any pressure to flush, so contents sometimes stayed longer than desired. Finally, we had two beds in our suite, one which was fine and comfortable, and the other stunk of urine. Not sure if someone had an accident previously, but we simply couldn’t sleep in the other bed provided.

It’s a really cute lake house that accommodates a family of 6 , I wish there was extra bedding cause some of the beds didn’t have a top sheet other then that it was fantastic in a little tiny house community on the lake and very close downtown Orlando and the magic stadium

Property was clean, all basic amenities were available. Quiet and location is accessible to everywhere we needed to go.

We never stayed in a Tiny House before. We were pleasantly surprised. My 2 boys 13 and 15 loved loved it. When I asked them if we will be back in Orlando again would you rather stay in the tiny house or in a hotel? Their clear answer was - the tiny house.

Very nice tiny home with a fantastic view of the lake. Was extremely clean, full kitchen with everything necessary to cook and eat. Shower was very warm with a seat to relax. My only complaint would be that the pillows were a bit uncomfortable on the bed. Easy to solve though for next time but maybe something to consider.

Excellent stay! Quiet, clean, lovely view. Could have used extra towels, blankets and pillows, but overall I wholly recommend. Rich was very friendly, responsive, and informative. Will definitely return.

I loved the atmosphere of the area, however the tiny home definitely needed some updates and repairs.

This was a cute community. The area around it wasn’t spectacular but not horrible. No fault to the owners. I got a tiny house on the lake and loved it. Super clean. The owner was very nice and communication was very excellent. I had an issue with the hot water, again, no fault to owner but he responded back and fixed the issue in no time. Will definitely stay there again in my future visits to Florida.

Perfect weekend getaway. Enjoyed the lake views and tiny home vibes. The weather was so nice that we brought our dinner out to the fire pit/bbq seating area and enjoyed a cute dinner under the stars.

I LOVED STAYING HERE. Charming. Great views. Fun vibe. Great location. Clean. Strong internet. Fair price. Privacy. I even asked the owners about long term rental. If you're curious about tiny house living, highest recommendation!
