Nestled in Falls Township, this charming villa for $1,745 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Loch Llyn, one of Hocking Hills largest private homes. Privacy and luxury meet when you enter the 11,000 sq ft mansion situated on 130 acres of trails and a lake with paddle boats. Soak in the views from the hot tub or hang by the brand new pool. Spread out in 3 living rooms 2 kitchens and multiple outdoor spaces. This is the place for all your family reunions, retreats, or gathering with all your friends. Only minutes to all that Hocking Hills has to offer. -- We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. Hocking County ID 00637 --- The house has two distinct areas - a cabin side and a newer build side. Both of these areas are connected to one another via hallway, creating a seamless experience to enjoy rustic cabin and renovated luxury! * WE HAVE RECENTLY ADDED A POOL TO THE HOUSE. We are working on adding more photos of the area when the weather gets warmer, but we have a pool for your group to enjoy, starting in April or May 2024! * Amenities - 8 bedrooms w/ king sized beds (sleeps 16) - 5 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 10) - 1 lofted area with bunk bed and twin (sleeps 3) - 5 full bathrooms + 2 half baths - 2 acre private lake stocked with fish - Sauna - POOL - HUGE patio deck area - 8 person hot tub - Blackstone Propane Grill - Firepit - 3 pedal boats to use while you stay - Amazing lakeside views - 2 full kitchens - Washer and Dryer available for use - Pool table - 2 dishwashers in main kitchen - Hiking trails on the property - Parking space for 12-15 cars - Screened in porch for ultimate relaxation

13 of us (6 couples and a single( stayed here to celebrate a 40th bday. The property was huge and very comfortably accommodated us. everything was very clean.

We had an awesome time celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday in this beautiful destination home. There was more than enough space to stretch out and relax and have cozy accommodations with plenty of lounge areas. A nice sleeping area for the kids complete with video games and a pool table. Hot tub was relaxing and with 130 acres of wooded trails there was plenty of nature to see… including a waterfall! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to get some family and/or friends together to celebrate a special occasion or just an opportunity to have a relaxing retreat in the woods!

We had an amazing stay & fun exploring the property. The owners promptly delt with issues including empty propane tanks and a missing bed due to the addition of a pool. Everyone has already agreed we must return next year. Great space!

The property is beautiful and perfect for a retreat. The loft is not private, so not ideal for adults but would be great for kids. All the beds were very comfortable. Lower level does not have a bathroom. The hot tube, sauna and the grounds were wonderful bonuses to this beautiful estate.

This space is amazing. They have provided everything you need inside. The beds and linens are high quality so everyone in the home can be comfortable and sleep well. The nature is gorgeous around and you will get to look at a private lake with the morning mist and the sun pouring through the trees (one of our favorite parts). I have stayed in many VRBO's and this is by far one of the best I have visited. Their communication is wonderful, check in and out is easy, and the space itself is gorgeous and unique.
